Receptionists and nurse were amazing, friendly and patient. It was very busy but they were very well organized in that chaos and they kept things going.nAlso the doctor Dr Lachowicz was great and I wish we could have someone like him as a GP - so calm, nice and very helpful.

Staff were very helpful and informative.nOn my visit, it was a very busy day, there were nearly 15 people were waiting. They have done their very best and mentioned about waiting times and showed kindness.That gave us some peace.nDoctor’s printer stopped working. But he gave us a website link to download the content.nWhen everything is not perfect, but seeing their courage and willingness to make them better, I feel great .

Absolutely hate the state of after hours clinics here in NZ, and the experience here did not dissapoint.nnI broke my ankle on a trip and twist.nWent in and after a bit of a wait was seen by GP, who said after hours xray is closed so can't do anything, go to hospital ED.nnLiterally a thirty second appt that costed $115. Absolute scam.nnThey need a triage system to reduce the wait time for everyone and for people to be pointed to the right resources at walk in.nnED was it's own experience, with a 6 hour wait, and full of people who were priced out by the after hours system absolutely tragic state of affairs.

Nice staff but after a 2.5 hr wait and at least 45mins more I gave up. What a sad state of health care in nz.

Husband cut his arm with chainsaw on Saturday. Turned up at Afterhours and got seen straight away. Dr Salwan Elya did a fantastic job stitching him up and gave detailed instructions for after care. So caring and thorough. Thankyou
