AA Centre - Lower Hutt

I had the best experience, thanks to Ann! She was so helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Ann went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, and her positive, happy attitude honestly made my day.

I went into the AA this morning to get some work done. Didn’t have a long wait and Agnes was so amazing! She got through all my work quickly and she is such a kind person!

Went to renew drivers licence, seamless service, greeted on arrival by Ann. Cornell processed the new licence, great guy! Good chat and super efficient!

Kia Ora , i would like to give a huge shout out to Tash at the AA Centre in High Street Lower Hutt , Tash has excellent customer service skills and a super friendly manner . I have worked in customer service for years and it is hard to find someone with her knowledge and expertise . I visited there this morning , well done Tash and AA

I lost my licence last month due to my age. I now have to use cabs but the service I received was amazing. I burst into tears knowing I’d failed but the lady at the front desk was just adorable. Thank u AA
