AA Centre - Lower Hutt

When I first arrived a staff member asked if I needed a hand, I informed them I was wanting to do my class 6 learners, they said that’s just a matter of waiting in line. 45 minutes later I reach the front desk, the guy goes through all the paperwork and signs everything off to inform me that the last time they could do the learners was 10 minutes ago. Two empty computers sitting there with no one on them. Extremely frustrating.

It was a busy day, but I was fortunate to be assisted by Agnes. As a foreigner stressed about the license conversion process, Agnes made everything smooth and hassle-free. Despite having all my documents ready and thoroughly reviewing the NZTA website before hand, an issue arose with my name on the passport, which didn’t clearly indicate my surname and first name. She remained patient and guided me through the process. If it hadn't been for Agnes, this would have been an awful experience, especially since it was my second day trying to submit the conversion application during my limited lunch hour. I am extremely grateful for her help.

Honestly a great experience, much nicer than the one in Wellington. There was hardly anyone there first thing in the morning so super fast too.

Was served by Kelvin, great customer service you don't often get these days. Hope his manager sees this

Waited very very long in line because they people behind the counters move in slow motion just to come up and be told I cant do my test.
