My experience is similar to many other clients ie the long waiting time. Lots of us are older and some are disabled and to expect us to stand in a queue for an hour plus is unacceptable.nThere are systems, used by other providers, that Deal with waiting lists a lot better.nAA need to change their system to make it more client focused.
Went there to renew my driver license. There was a massive line and after waiting for half an hour the line didn't move an inch except that some people gave up their place in the line and left, me too! Very inefficient service unfortunately.
Excruciatingly long wait times, just absolutely poor time management and customer service. Two reps to serve a 20 person long queue at lunch time! Yes I understand they need lunch too, however basic demand and supply to plan your staff roster is needed. Recommend everyone goes to VTNZ instead, much better service for licensing needs and its just a 5 minute drive away.
Painful wait in a long queue for over an hour and a half. Seems like an archaic system. Customer service was pleasant and helpful. After reading other reviews from past years, it doesn’t look like anything has changed despite customers dissatisfaction. If the services were offered elsewhere I definitely wouldn’t be returning.
To sum it up, it was unprofessional. I thought you would listern to advice but i guess not. I waited for over an hour just to get told they cannot proceeed with the process. Staff were talking to each other like a playground getting absolutely no work done. You guys need to improve and fix these long lines and have more experienced staff. Possibly start a booking system because this walk in process is extremely unprofessional. Get your stuff together AA.
