AA Centre - Lower Hutt

It was a busy day, but I was fortunate to be assisted by Agnes. As a foreigner stressed about the license conversion process, Agnes made everything smooth and hassle-free. Despite having all my documents ready and thoroughly reviewing the NZTA website before hand, an issue arose with my name on the passport, which didn’t clearly indicate my surname and first name. She remained patient and guided me through the process. If it hadn't been for Agnes, this would have been an awful experience, especially since it was my second day trying to submit the conversion application during my limited lunch hour. I am extremely grateful for her help.

Honestly a great experience, much nicer than the one in Wellington. There was hardly anyone there first thing in the morning so super fast too.

My experience is similar to many other clients ie the long waiting time. Lots of us are older and some are disabled and to expect us to stand in a queue for an hour plus is unacceptable.nThere are systems, used by other providers, that Deal with waiting lists a lot better.nAA need to change their system to make it more client focused.

Went there to renew my driver license. There was a massive line and after waiting for half an hour the line didn't move an inch except that some people gave up their place in the line and left, me too! Very inefficient service unfortunately.

Excruciatingly long wait times, just absolutely poor time management and customer service. Two reps to serve a 20 person long queue at lunch time! Yes I understand they need lunch too, however basic demand and supply to plan your staff roster is needed. Recommend everyone goes to VTNZ instead, much better service for licensing needs and its just a 5 minute drive away.
