I had an outstanding experience with TSS Red Baron! The entire team was absolutely fantastic, but I have to give a special shoutout to the workshop team.. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and quality workmanship!

Went to the shop today...and the only person legit was the guy who was able to replace my visor.nnThe two ladies at the reception today 2nd May 2026 approx 10AM-11AM gave me xenophobic vibe...so I dont think I was really impressed with their service. I don't think I will go there again or recommend others to there again.nnI hope the management does something about the proper customer service.

These boys are amazing. I had a broken down bike from a rental company in Auckland that was towed to TSS and these guys could not have been more helpful. Diagnosed the issue immediately. Rang around to try and find me a replacement rental. Offered to store my luggage overnight. All off there own backs with nothing to gain.nGreat bunch of fella's. Even slipped me a cheeky coldie at 5pm on a Friday. Extremely helpful and would highly recommend there customer service.nThanks again guys. Really appreciate your help.nJason from Perth

Havnt ride my ninja in 2 years , took it in to get a WOF and service ,the personMatt who look after me was very friendly, helpful, and a knowledgeable. I highly recommend TSS for all your motorcycle needs, matt went the extra mile and wash my ninja , it look so clean . Thanks again
