Went in this morning for a few things and was taught a bit, very helpful!nHad a bolt snap off while working on the bike, rang them and was told there might not be any screws in stock, got a call back ten minutes later that they had found some. Excellent service. Quickly attended to us, gave clear information about jackets, which one would be best suitable for my use. Bonus info on what was on special with super duper deal. Ended up purchasing a RST Pro Series Commander which was 150 off.
