Pacific Radiology - Boulcott Hospital - Lower Hutt

I had my appointment today in Boulcott Pacific Radiology. The best service I had: the receptionist asked me about my car parking and suggested a better option even before asking my name. The mammogram and scan/x-ray ladies were so gentle, respectful and full of care, thank you all of you! I felt very supported. Thanks a lot! Highly recommended to all who has those needs.

Recently I came here to have a cortisone injection for my hip. I had never had one before and was quite anxious. Both the nurse and radiologist who were looking after me were very understanding and reassuring. It ended up being a positive experience for me and I cannot thank them enough.

From the reception staff, technician ,CT scan staff including the doctor himself provided excellent and remarkable service that is beyond compare. My CT guided neuropath injection was done right on time and proved effective. The doctor ensured I understood every stage of treatment to be carried out and kindly kept myself in the loop of the next move and effects before actioning which really made me feel comfortable and less anxious. Keep up the great work!

Very impersonal. Hi I'm...... please follow me. Hi, We won't be long just have to finish this. Sorry to keep you waiting at reception even though there are 2 on their computers right in front of you and another staff member walking around behind looking uncomfortable. Can't somebody say something even if its sorry to keep you waiting we will be with you in a moment. It's quite traumatic and uncomfortable for customers coming here. Greeting folk with a name and a bit of empathy would not hurt.

Went today Mondsy 23.nFir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it.nBut was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. Any way thanks to all job done, and whats great is that so much anxiety seems to have gone. This 77 yr old feels like I'm a lot stronger mind wise, can't thank you enough.nRichard Dahlberg.
