I really enjoyed the place and had a great time overall, except for the customer service experience. There was a teenager working at the ticket counter section who was extremely rude and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. I’ve visited the venue three times, but on my last visit, I did not expect this kind of treatment.nnUnfortunately, I do not know his name to report this directly to the manager. However, I hope the team reading this review takes the time to monitor staff attitude, especially among younger employees, who appeared to be around 16 to 18 years old. Please remind them to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.nnAside from this issue, the rest of the staff did their job well and maintained a good standard.

Overall my Grandchildren enjoyed Cyberpunk Ninja however there were 2 things that I thought it lacked. One there are not enough staff supervising. We watched a child stuck on one of the activities and there were no staff harnessed up to help her get off. Other young children helped her. The other is staff ability to communicate to the children and to ensure that they understood was lacking. The kids nearly missed out on a activity that I had paid for because they didn't hear staff yelling what was coming next.nThose aside the kids want to come back which is great! The climbing wall next.

I've never written a Google review before, but today's experience absolutely calls for one. I brought my son in, and one employee truly made it special for him. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his customer service skills were outstanding. My son had no one to play with, and this employee ensured he had an unforgettable time. Even six hours later, my son can't stop talking about how nice he was and how he wishes they could be friends! Excellent customer service makes a huge difference. The venue is fantastic, and we had a blast! We'll definitely be back

We came on a teacher only day, so pretty much had the place to ourselves. The person helping us set up was awesome; kind, funny, and knew her stuff. I'm pretty chicken for anything with heights, but had the best time. Kids absolutely loved it.

Absolutely AWESOME affordable, fun and great for adults too, high ropes are scaringly fun! Did this with my 6 year old cost me and her $40 totally worth it such an awesome idea to build this THANK YOU and we traveled from Manawatu to come.
