nIf I had known about these rules beforehand, I genuinely would have gone somewhere else.nnAn indoor play place should be a big, open area where kids can move around freely and parents can relax. I would much rather just pay something like $30 and let the kids go anywhere, instead of dealing with all these restrictions. If you have kids of different ages, you can’t exactly be in two places at once, so having separate or restricted areas just makes everything harder and more stressful.nnNot being allowed to bring your own food is already frustrating, especially for families with kids who have specific food needs.nnBut what really ruined the experience was finding out that if you leave the play area, you have to pay again to get back in. Parents shouldn’t be penalised for stepping out to the car, grabbing water, or dealing with their child.nOn top of that, adults are charged $2 just to enter and sit there to supervise. Paying just to watch your own child play feels ridiculous when you’re already paying for them to be there.nAll these little charges and rules make it feel less like a fun kids’ centre and more like a money grab. Instead of being relaxed and enjoyable, the whole experience feels restrictive and stressful.nnI might as well go to another place next time. I regret coming here and wouldn’t recommend it to other families. There are much better indoor play places that don’t make you feel trapped or constantly charged.nnOverall, this place is not set up in a way that actually supports families. The rules and constant extra charges ruin what should be a simple, fun day out. It honestly feels like they’re more focused on getting money out of people than creating a good experience. If they’re struggling financially, that shouldn’t be pushed onto families through unfair and restrictive policies. I really wish I had known all of this before coming. I won’t be back, and I’d recommend parents save their money and go somewhere else.

I've never written a Google review before, but today's experience absolutely calls for one. I brought my son in, and one employee truly made it special for him. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his customer service skills were outstanding. My son had no one to play with, and this employee ensured he had an unforgettable time. Even six hours later, my son can't stop talking about how nice he was and how he wishes they could be friends! Excellent customer service makes a huge difference. The venue is fantastic, and we had a blast! We'll definitely be back

Absolutely AWESOME affordable, fun and great for adults too, high ropes are scaringly fun! Did this with my 6 year old cost me and her $40 totally worth it such an awesome idea to build this THANK YOU and we traveled from Manawatu to come.

Great place for kids aged 7+. Staff are friendly and for kids who enjoy watching Ninja Warrior - they’ll love the opportunity to try their own skills. Only negative feedback is that the zipline ride is $5 per turn. It takes a turn just to get the hang of it. When paying for multiple kids on top of a $24 pp entry fee, it becomes a bit excessive when it’s limited to an hour overall as well.
