Waiting months for the incorrectly installed windows to be fixed. STILL NOT FIXED after many promises. Once you hand over money, they are not concerned. I can see through the gaps of the windows. Told Darren we have an infant and need windows fixed before winter. Its been months and still not fixed, even after many gaurantees it would. Will be exploring compensation with external agencies if not replied to. I know you know who this is... please keep your word and come and fix this window! It's literally below zero over night and you're costing me more money trying to keep my home warm for my little girl because of the poor installation of your windows.nnAvoid this company.
