Stayed one night after a day of work in Whakatane. Two rooms used 10 and 11 for two couples. What a lovely motel. A great welcome, helpful staff and very accommodating with out trailer.nThe room was fresh, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Two comfortable armchairs. Bed was very comfortable and linen crisp, we all enjoyed a good nights sleep. The spa baths were excellent.nI highly recommend this motel and we will be back, thank you.

Nice clean fresh room. Stayed 2 nights and never saw or spoke to a staff member. More than 2 coathangers would have been good and a hook in the bathroom needed. Bedside magazine was New Zealand House and Garden June 2022.
Our party of 11 adults and 5 children, occupying 7 of the units, we're blessed to stay in this motel for 4 nights. The welcoming ambiance, the clean, well set out, and comfortable rooms. The well cared for gardens and grounds. The lovely manager Daniel and his friendly service staff made our stay such a pleasurable experience, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and also to highly recommend Pacific Coast Motel.
It's just far enough out of town to be comfortable yet close enough to partake in all Whakatane township gas to offer.
