I have stayed here twice during my office trips, and both experiences have been excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially as I often arrived quite late after work hours. They ensured everything was arranged smoothly for my late check-in, which I truly appreciated.nnThe rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. I also enjoyed having SKY Sports available, which allowed me to watch the IPL during my stay.nnOverall, it is a well-managed, comfortable motel with friendly service, and I would happily stay there again.
This is the best place I've stayed in in Whakatane and I've stayed in several. The rooms are modern all with basic to full cooking facilities; and several have baths. The fridges are a good size and actually keep your food cold. Susan and Bing are good to deal with and are very responsive to phone and emails.
Clean and warm rooms. Lovely hot and tasty breakfast delivered on time the next morning. The Nespresso is a great addition I haven’t experienced in other places.
Great relatively new motel with all the things you need. Very clean, good shower and comfortable bed. A little out of the town centre but not too far, walkable.
We have stayed here on numerous occasions and has been amazing each and every time.nnRecently my daughter booked us a room for my birthday at another local motel, but as she was met with suspicion and racial remarks and undertones she cancelled and booked us back here at 37 The Landing.nnSo if you're looking for a great setting, affordable and accommodating, The Landing Whakatāne is the place!
