I stayed at this accommodation for one night and I must say it was one of the best stays I have ever endured! I felt so welcome from the moment I checked in, to being escorted by my room. The manager showed me around my room, explained everything in the room and even popped the TV and aircon on for me.nI had a studio spa room, and the lounge was massive and the bedroom was incredible! Beautiful comfy bed, extra pillows on hand if needed. The bathroom had a corner spa bath, shower and lovely toiletries to use. There was even a little courtyard off the bedroom to enjoy a quiet moment in the sunshine.nI cannot fault the service or the room and I cannot wait to come back again next time :
I stay here for business regularly, this is by far the best accommodation I stay at in my many times away. The rooms are large, clean, tidy and have all you need, the welcome on arrival and being escorted to your room by either Melcolm or Natalia I believe is awesome. I cannot fault all involved here and recommend at every chance I get!

Malcolm and his team were exceptional. Friendly, funny, caring and went above and beyond with every request.nThe rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and modern. If you’re unsure which place to choose in Whakatane, I can highly recommend One88. Thanks to the entire team for being my home away from home for a few nights!
Great staff upgraded us when we were working on Christmas. Room jad everything we could have needed. Lovely to have a spa bath.
