Great location, only a shirt walk to the town center. Room was quite spacious and the customer service was great, especially upon arrive they took us around in the room and showed us how every worked etc. We had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and nice.
Super nice place to live with a really reasonable price!nnThe motel is close to the town centre so it’s quite connivence to find restaurant and buy groceries from supermarket.nnThe reception guy was very friendly to introduce everything needed.nnThe room was extreme clean. The double glazed window and curtain isolated the street noise and sun light quite well in the morning, so I and my partner had a really good sleep after a long driving in the day time.nnGood place for holiday in Whakatāne
Me and partner stayed here for one night .. I had trouble with booking.com and the owners were very accommodating and sorted me out directly. Upon arrival They took us to our room and showed us how everything worked which we have never experienced. It was delightful .we were that impressed we went and booked our next stay there . They also gave recommendations for dinner and that was 10/10 to .nThank you so much for your hospitality
I Mistakenly left some belongings behind after checking out and realized later that day but when I called them about it they said they had nothing in lost property and I must've taken everything, I definitely hadn't I checked my bags and the items were missing.nnThe odd thing is when checking in they took my number stating it was so they could call me if I left anything behind, but when I did I never got called...nnMaybe check your cleaning staff are trustworthy because I absolutely did leave something behind.
We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite and it was immaculate. The owner showed us to our room after checking in and explained how the WiFi, TV and Air conditioning worked. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although it is located on the main road, they have double glazing windows, so the traffic noise was minimal.
