Excellent and friendly service, Malcom and Liz are great hosts and prepare our rooms ahead of arrival, turn heaters on and always make sure we are comfortable. Superb and spacious rooms for our business stays, cleanliness exceptional, great beds and loads of pillow sizes, great jet bath, generous wardrobes and kitchen amenities are high quality and well stocked. Absolute must stay for business travellers. We stay regularly and always look forward to the bath and the super comfy beds!
Amazing welcome from Malcom from start to end will definitely be back to book the same room if we can get in fast enough lol thank you for an awesome experience, cleaners need a praise too as room was immaculate!
We have stayed here twice over the last 5 years and always found the service and rooms exceptionally good, very roomy , cleaned to a high standard daily, the owner has always been accommodating and walked us to our room and explained how things worked and where things weren, thoughly recommend if staying in this area
Great location, only a shirt walk to the town center. Room was quite spacious and the customer service was great, especially upon arrive they took us around in the room and showed us how every worked etc. We had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and nice.
