Great all round. Large room. Bathroom excellent. Toiletries provided. Decor was nicenVery clean. Arrived after reception had closed but was advised by text how to access my key. Staff were great.
Absolutely beautiful Eco Sustainable Chalet. Brilliant! Outside private deck was a bonus. Staff both around the Motel and Front reception staff were absolutely helpful and polite. The Cafe on the premises was a lovely bonus.
The location is perfect, close to the water and only a little hikoi away from the shops. Very happy with how clean it was, also super spacious for my little whanau. It was also quite affordable, one of my favourite places to stay while I’m in Whakatāne.
Service to meet our concerns was great. Many thanks to the terrific staff who were so accommodating to what we needed. A GREAT BIG THANKYOU.
Great location. Walk to town, cafes and restaurants. Spacious rooms and very clean. Great cafe on site too. Highly recommend.
