Very nice reception staff, clean room, Spa had a mixer tap to fill it with poor pressure took 1hr 40 mins and was only warm.
We were tenting in Ohope during the bad weather and had to leave late at night. We came across this motel and I phoned around 830pm. Eddie was very welcoming on the phone and said he would stay and wait for us. We didn’t arrive until late. Eddie offered a late checkout and was super friendly and accomodating. The room was lovely, tidy, and had everything you need including a relaxing hot spa!! Id recommend this place to anyone staying in Whakatāne. Thank you Eddie
Pretty Great All Around... The Lady Went The Extra Mile And Helped Me Set Up My Portacot For The Baby. Was So Glad Because It Was Hard And I Wouldn't Have Been Able To Do It By Myself! Thankyou So Much Guys! Was A Pleasure & We Will Come To Stay Again x
Neat and tidy. Very friendly and helpful manager. Bed and pillows were like being at home. Spa bath was exceptional. Highly recommend
Me and my partner had a 3 night stay and the owner Eddie was so accomodating and friendly we absolutely loved staying here and enjoyed the spa bath .Definitely recommend if you’re looking to unwind and relax for an affordable price as-well .
