We got the last available room having called last minute on a public holiday weekend too, thank goodness nVery late check in due to our family bereavement.nJackie was so good with our reservation, and great friendly service.nOur room was better than expected and for a great price being a long weekend. Thank you.
If you’re looking for a family friendly accommodation this is it for yous, they have everything you need , the owners are super lovely if you need anything. Rooms are great serviced daily. My 1yr old absolutely loves the courtyard with the beautiful pool. Can’t fault this accom.
Dated accommodation. Spartan cooking facilities. Smoking allowed outside the units. Our neighbour took it upon himself to sit in the chair beside our door, and even on our doorstep to have a smoke.nnNot enough power points by the sink. No bench to help with meal prep. Just enough utensils to do the job, provided you rinsed and reused during the prep. Daily servicing was OK.nnHost was abrupt when we arrived, as we had parked where we were not supposed to, but there was no signage to indicate where we should.nnPrice was not competitive for the facilities of similar status elsewhere. We have stayed in better places for less.nnPool was a joke - for kids only, but photographed in the advert that made it appears larger.nnOverall, disappointed for the money we spent.
Stayed 2 nights arrived to a nice clean room, used the bbq to cook a roast in, swimming pool looked nice was a bit cold to swim but can imagine would be nice , cleaners do an awesome job every morning , friendly staff all round catered to what we asked for , good location close to shops and walking distance to a few nice spots, next to main road but not too noisey, rooms had everything we need to prepare food. Very reasonable rates . Will stay again for sure . And we met Liam the little baby of owners which was nice putting a personal touch to making you comfortable.
This is my 2nd time booking in this property. The first time I booked, there was a misunderstanding and I was so upset. However, this time I am so grateful and I can't Thank enough to Sunny for taking my calls and book in their wonderful property.nnThank you so much Sunny, I truly appreciate your time and assistance on my booking for my colleagues. I will surely keep contacting you whenever we have work around Whakatane.
