I recently had a complicated issue with my first time silkytzu mummy. After a long labour she gave birth for three beautiful and strong pups. Unfortunately due to exhaustion and pain new mom got confused about her toy dogs and real pups. She used to treat her toy dogs after each heat cycle as her litter. And she does it now too over the alive pups, who she think will hurt her fake rubber pups. The staffs were absolutely amaizing, go back and forth to treat us in this very unique situation. Specially wanna thanks for all of you, Sally, Habim -the only names I know. Sorry about that.
I took my 3 years old male Flemish giant Muffin for neuturing, vaccination and a check up with Dr, Oliver. This journey for my bun has been amazing, the surgery went well. A few hours after he came back home he was doing very very well with honey flavour pain killers. Now 24hrs passed he has been fully recovered and back to his normal self. The Communication with the team regarding bookings and aftercare was clear and not complicated to understand. I have already been spreading how amazing this journey is to all my family members and friends who has pets especially rabbits. Thank you so so much again for all your guys work! We recently had to take our beautiful cat Bella to be put to sleep, an absolutely heartbreaking process that the team at Onewa vets made as comfortable, private, and peaceful as possible. I can not recommend them highly enough for the care they've provided for Bella in the time we've been taking her there. Thank you so much to Richard and the team for everything you've done for Bella, especially the care and compassion in her final moments Also to the guy in the waiting room who saw the state I was in and followed me out to pass on your condolences and to give me and my Mum a hug, I don't know if you'll ever see this but thank you so much, that was such a kind caring gesture that made that horrible day better, we definitely need more humans in this world like you!
Onewa Road Vets have been incredible. We have a 14 year old Shih Tzu and they have solved so many of his ‘issues’ - far more than previous vets. They are the epitome of kindness and compassion and they don’t treat you like you know nothing. They are incredibly respectful and professional. We would not go anywhere else and are incredibly grateful to have found them.
I don't really write reviews, but this vet service was just amazing. The doctors were real nice and friendly, very educative and professional, providing best service to my pet. In addition, they have online booking system which was very easy to use + price for the consultation was very kind relative to other vets.
Richard and the vet nurse team at Onewa Road Vet were kind and caring when we brought our cat in for urgent care. They did everything they could to make her feel safe despite her seriously disliking being out of her home. We can't thank them enough for the effort they put in to help Rustly during her short stay there.
Terrible experience with Onewa vets. The vet was extremely rough with my cat when taking him out of his carrier. The front desk staff are very rude and dismissive, I had to call multiple times to ask for my pet's notes to be emailed to me and every single time the one rude receptionist dismissed my request saying they were too busy at the moment - even though they'd sent the email just previously but to the incorrect email address. They couldn't spare 5 seconds to forward it to the correct email. If you're too busy to handle customer requests, then hire more staff - this impact shouldn't be affecting customer requests. Terrible service, dismissive attitudes. Will never take my cat back there again.
Thank you all for the service you provided to my pet. We do really appreciate the professional and honest service from Richard. Highly recommend it.
Onewa Vets are always friendly, helpful, and professional. I am comfortable trusting them with my beloved Maisie.
The team that was on that day were fantastic, kind, caring and Professional , l will take our pets back to them ano, thank you Onewa Road Veterinary.
