Absolutely amazing staff that so care about your pet! Every vet we've had has taken great care to listen to our concerns and treat our cat like a member of the family. She especially appreciates all the extra kisses and cuddles she gets

I had to put my dog AJ down who was very old. I have never in all my years dealing with vets been treated so kind & with such compassion I left the vet very sad about the dog but they made me feel it was ok & very normal to feel this upset & too take as much time as I needed. I will take any animals I own from now on to this vet. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Lisa & AJ dog

Some of the most caring, attentive and friendly vets we've met. They managed our nervous cat very well, and picked up the mild heart condition of our other kitty that hasn't been picked up at all too! Been really helpful to our move overseas. Reception staffs got a couple of hit and miss, but nothing major.

Absolute shocker of an experience! I had my cat booked in for a 3 day stay which was confirmed by phone call and email. I happened to phone up a couple days prior to confirm the booking and was told that they canceled my booking in favour of their registered customers. Had I not called to confirm then I would of had known that my booking was canceled.

Both our cat and dog have been going to Greenlane Vets for top-notch and attentive care for over 10 years.

We had a tough choice to make, but the lovely vet nurses took their time & ensured we were making a decision we wanted. They were so polite and gentle, calmly spoke through the entire process. We are so pleased to have gone with the choice we did. Price wasn’t to outrageous as well, which we were willing to pay what ever of course, but we are just so glad our boy is finally at rest & was left in the care of such lovely people!

Delighted that they are our local vet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the customer care is just the best.

Never had a problem leaving my cat here,she loves it, well thats what i want to belive she's telling me on our way home after her stay in the cattery apartments, with all that meowing on the way home...

New to the clinic, we are absolutely thrilled with not only the level of care of the vets but the care of the admin team, especially Alana. I wanted a last minute appointment today for my frenchie who has had an upset tummy and the team went above and beyond to get her seen today. The vet was equally amazing, he didn’t do any unnecessary tests and I felt like he genuinely loved her. He was even wearing dog socks! And to top off the great appointment, I felt like the cost was very reasonable. I will be singing their praises to all my friends and family with fur babies. Well done guys :
