Thank you for your excellent communication.  During our first ever vet interaction first time bunny owners we had points of contact with Normanby Road Vet Clinic via email, on the phone, and finally in person at drop off and pickup. Each time they were concise, friendly, and to the point. I have come away feeling like my needs and our pets were considered and addressed without fuss and undue cost.  I'm reassured and happy to recommend them to other potential customers.  Our bunnies are doing well as well

I do not recommend this vet at all. I rang up regarding to an emergency of my dog eating chocolate, the receptionist said they were unable to take him in because he was not registered with the vet clinic.  The person I was talking to was rude and told me to look somewhere else, this was a deathly emergency and the person I was talking to had no sympathy what so ever.

As a recent newcomer to the clinic, thank you all for the genuine and expert care you have given my boy thus far. It has been a breath of fresh air to have found a clinic with a holistic overview,  restoring my faith in  veterinary services. I greatly appreciate the relaxed environment, the  sincerity and commitment you demonstrate while assessing the needs of our fur babies ~ the more than reasonable charges for appointments and prices of the items available to purchase in the clinic. I believe you are the very best Veterinary clinic New Zealand wide. So a massive thanks with great appreciation to you all.

Arrived here 30-40 min before closing time when my dog had an accident. Staff member was visibly grumpy and muttered they were about to close. She immediately announced our dog was fine and told us to go. It was clear she was inconvenienced and couldn't be bothered with even a quick check up. We were very worried and would have appreciated at least an opportunity to get pain relief but nope. Would not come here again and would not recommend.

I took one of my rats here to get neutered by KV, great experience. KV was really lovely and the vet nurses lovely too. Also a great price after being quoted $500 somewhere else. Vets for rats are hard to find, but will definitely be taking my boys here again when needed.

Thanks for taking such good care of my budgie, was a first timer and will be back in the future! I got great advice and the vet was friendly yet efficient, happy with the price too : thank you!!

Chis is competent and friendly.  He truly cares about your pet's well-being and he is honest. His staff are super friendly and very nice to interact with as well. Well priced. I have pet rats and have been going to Chris for years, so if you have rats or any other pets I highly recommend him.

We took there our guinea pig because of some mites problems and KV, the doctor that visited her was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to us and was really nice with Pearl. Also the price was really really good. Thank you, such a great visit.

Chris is one of those rare finds - a fantastic intuitive vet who seems to be able to really listen to an animals needs. Being in Mt Eden we thought they might be expensive, but we have been pleasantly surprised to find Normanby Vets very reasonably priced. Our extended family’s three cats and three dogs all love him and his team at other vets they don’t even want to go in the door. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
