This evening my husband took our dog in to the vet, it was not Steve, it was the other vet, this man berated my husband and insinuated that our dog needed a welfare check because it was 10 mins to the vet closing and we should have taken him earlier. We explained our boy had been at the emergency vet a couple of days prior and the medication informationgiven him was sent to our local vet. He proceeded to tell us nothing had been sent through so he couldnt help our boy in pain because he didn't know what he'd been given, this was a blatant lie. He then proceeded to look at my mother in law and ask nastily WHO ARE YOU. He then basically told my husband to bring him in tomorrow at 10.30am our dog is in pain so we took him back to the emergency vet. You are disgusting for doing this to our boy when YOU KNEW he needed help tonight, you yourself said he was in pain and you left him like that because we got there at 10 mins before you closed. I hate you and he is now in the hands of a lovely emergency vet WHO CARES. POX ON YOU AND YOURS

Hands down one of the best vets I have ever been to. Steve has patience and have many years experience up his sleeve. His no longer taking on new clients.

They do not take any new animals on, and haven’t for 10 years now, so they couldn’t help our cats.

Steve Bott is a wonderful vet who has looked after all my animals for a long time. His care and concern for our pets is absolutely obvious and marvelous. I am so glad I have him as my animals vet. Vet nurses are really lovely too.

We have been clients of Steve for 50yrs and even although we have shifted out of New Lynn we still travel many miles to bring our fur babies for the excellent care Steve always gives our babies.

Just went there and was told I would have to wait an hour! In other words my time is a low priority. There's usually a half hour wait and they don't take appointment. Once you're in tho, he is great!

The best vet around. We don't even live near Greenbay anymore but still travel all the way out there so our fur babies can be treated by Steve.
