Hands down one of the best vets I have been to. Took my cat to two other vets in the area, and did not trust them like I trust Glenfield vets. They are affordable. Explain your options and understand how much you care for your pet. They genuinely care for your animals and even when I called them many times worried after surgery about small things, they took the time to answer, and provide care. They also researched the best options, and provided me with their recommendations regarding the surgery. I would say if they told me that my pet needed anything, I would 100% trust their advice and expertise. They are all so lovely. As long as I am in this area, I will not be going anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone. :
Great Vets, but the new system of never answering the phone and always having to leave a message is a bit of a shame, especially when practically no other vet does this I cannot get through any time of day, any day of the week - much prefer the old system & will likely shift practice if this doesn't correct itself. Would be 5 stars if not for this.
Been there in the past with my cats and they’ve been attentive. Tried calling them 9 times over the past 2 days as one of my cats are missing and they’ve not picked up once. Very disappointing.
19/6/23.Feel let down and angry !!! My dog of 10.5 years went here his whole life. He was diabetic and had cataracts in both eyes, couldnt see anything at all. My boy Had one eye removed and a tooth extracted. This appointment his last was post surgery check up.9 days after. The vetnot one i normally use couldnt even find what side the tooth extraction was on ,or open my boys mouth wide enough to see. Anway told the vet that my boy is diabetic, and hasn't had breakfast for 3 days now , therfore he hasn't been getting the proper dose of insulin, and hes also vomiting.Told me if he's still like that on Friday 2days time to bring him back . Well my boy didnt make it to Friday!!! and in the end he suffered .Obviously knew nothing about diabetes!!! R.I.P Tama been a hard 2 +weeks without you.
By far the best vet clinic I have used. The staff are really lovely & service is always of a high standard. You know it's a great place when your dog is excited to go to the vet
Great attention. They took care of my dogs very thoroughly. Caring and nice vets. Highly recommended.
Great little family vet. Dr Lee is kind, friendly and really good at communicating what's happening, where potential problems are and treatment options. Strongly recommend.
A RARE FIND - top notch service at good rates! We are so glad that we moved into this area and tried out Glenfield Veterinary Clinic. Every time we have been in staff have been great with our wee furbaby, as well as discussing and explaining things well to us. A bit like the dentist, sometimes a necessary evil, but one that it sure pays to be going somewhere you trust to make it as painless as possible in more ways than one! Thanks team, see you next time
We hVe been taking our fur babies here for the last 10 + years. Our Bunbun could only go for very basic Check ups before they kindly recommended to us a small specialist Animal vet to take our bunny, until to 2020 when he passed to the giant vegje garden in the sky.. while Ciara our Cat remained in their excellent care from 2010 ongoing... . To explain, we have, for all who come across her, a female cat. Her mannerisms, her personality, her demeanor, how loving she is and just everything about her Screams beautiful female cat. The vet after a specialistalist Check up when she became sick & after a huge surprise for our vet, it was realised she'd covered her secret very, very well as, she was born a male hehe ‍ . The WAY they dealt with this information was with the utmost respect for both Ciara and us, even whispering.. " did you realise that Ciara was born a male"? Of course we knew. We explained why we don't just tell everyone she was a male because of the really quite disgusting judgement that comes with it, the questions and to our annoyance the "jokes". Soooo, The vet explained that because male cats have different medical issues that may arise, that all the vet would do was to put a wee note, on her records, that she was born male but to all intents and purposes she is female and all of her mannerisms are female which was fascinating to the vet itself!! We were so incredibly grateful for this and have never received such excellent care for our fur baby. - Excellent, personalised Vet care 5 /5 - Correct diagnosis each time 5/5 - Ease of access & parking 4/5 I usually need assistance, use walkers tho can't remember if they hv wheelchair access - Friendliness of all staff 5/5 - Parking availability 5/5 - Responsiveness to emergencies 5/5 - Avaibilty for emergency outside of hrs 5/5 *Overall the BEST vet nationally we have both ever enrolled with, and had the pleasure of being with*
Had my cat booked for vaccination today , and said I wasn’t in system and they were fully booked, rang every other place to make sure I hadn’t booked at the wrong one. Called back to this one and they said they weren’t taking on any new clients, felt shady, maybe they didn’t like me?
