Animates Glenfield

Great location except there was not much parking directly outside from what I could see. The store is spacious and really well laid-out - I was able to find what I needed very quickly. Staff were friendly and approachable, and processed my purchase promptly while making sure my loyalty points were accounted for.

Awesome friendly staff, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure customers have the advice they need, even if they have to find out from another staff member. They seem to genuinely care.

Great store, the staff are knowledgeble and the products are good value. I am always welcomed when I enter and they are only too happy to help if I have any questions. I have a puppy and they gave me great advice on what to feed it and how much. My vet even said their advice was spot on.

Recently switched vet to Animates GF. I'm so happy and impressed by the care we received this will now be my go to. Very affordable too, a third of the price of my last vet. They even called the following day to check if puppy was O.K. Highly recommend

Great place. Good selection. You can bring your pup in. Amazing help. They'll let you ride the lion "Sheldon" in the back, but you have to ask.

They have great knowledge and are really helpful. A wild baby bird lost and came to my house last night, I didn't knew it's breed, I was trying to leave him in my backyard so that he can find his family. But he was following me and coming back to me. Then I tried to arrange a cage and some food for him. But he was not eating anything and injured himself in the cage. So I came to animates this morning for some solution. Then the nurses here met me and they found out his breed first which is "Common Starling" and suggested some food for him. He really loved this food and having it every hour He looks like more happy now. I am trying to leave him for some time in my backyard but he's not going anywhere else, just coming back to me. I think he found a new family
