Our pet was the fulcrum of our family's life & anything other than full support & attention would have pained us immensely. We found confidence in him, being treated by her. Thank you Fiona. My pleasure to pen a few words in review of BB Vets... This morning presented my GS Klinsmann for yearly check & update. Dr Liz meet & checked him. She was superb not only in the way she attended but more importantly was prepared to listen to concerns raised. Leaving the clinic One was more than appreciative of not only of her skills but also her manner of making my friend relaxed.

The level of kindness, empathy and care are next level at this Vet Clinic. I have been going for years, I recently lost my cat who was 19.5 years old, I was devasted. They made a difficult time easier and went above and beyond what was expected. I can't thank this team enough for years of quality care and all the extra things they did along the way. Their customer service is beautiful. They really care.

Very friendly staff and have been so helpful for many years looking after my cat who has now sadly passed away. Much sympathy and understanding given to us. Thanks

This is our local go to vets, for our dog and many cats. They are knowledgeable and caring and have all the equipment. Thank you for looking after our pets needs over the years.

Unfortunately I can’t give them zero stars. Stay away – run to the hills. Nine months ago I took my puppy to them with breathing issues; they brushed it off and said he must lose some weight as a solution. He died recently - when another Vet couldn’t get an appointment with them in an emergency examined him and found he had lung disease.

Saw the previous male vet a couple of years ago and he was awesome to deal with, very caring and set my mind at ease with my little dogs anesthesia for teeth cleaning. Followed Fiona here after being a client of hers a few years back. She is the most amazing vet who will go over and above for her clients on every occasion I've seen her. Patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

Took my beautiful little lop bunny in to have a clean up and trim around bottom and look at sore eye. Went away with antibiotics and eye cream. She died the next day from a massive infestation of maggots, which absolutely should have been seen and picked up on proper examination. I am now not only extremely upset about her dying, and that I didn't realise what was happening to her, but now completely outraged and hurt by the fact that I was sent away with antibiotics and eye cream for her, when she must have been in extreme pain and should have been put down immediately!

Having successfully Bred Boxers, Retrievers, Setters and now for the last 8 years German Shepherds in Australia & India. Obedience winners in Australia and India. I decided to have a GSD litter in NZ. Going to BHB vets since 2009, after returning from Overseas. registered my 3 GSDs with them. To become a registered GSD Breeder in Aussie, I had to sit exams to get my breeders licence unlike in NZ when you can breed willy nilly. Had no complaint with them till today afternoon. Took my girl for a Progestrone/Blood test. Spoke with the vet who decided to take my girl away from the consulting rooms to have her blood taken. A few minutes later the vet comes out saying we could not extract blood as she is too unsettled. I remarked that I could hold her down while they took the blood but they refused. They later said they were scared that they would be bitten by her, even though she showed no aggression while they had her away from the consulting room, I asked for her to be sedated, they refused even that alternative. As a professional breeder having my first litter in NZ. My experience with BHB vets was appalling. I may now to wait for her next season 6 months hence. Imported Frozen Semen cost me 2500 AUD upwards. Vet concerned a young lady seemed to be doing her internship, surely not a qualified Vet as I had to correct her on a number of occasions. Never again BHB Vets. Could not even extract blood from a docile friendly Pet. Call yourselves Veterinarians ? Shame, Hope this review helps you improve your disgraceful service. Lance Eastman your clinic needs to be revamped and reviewed.
