It's middling at best!nnThe staff at check out are very good.nnSome other staff need an improvement in their English & more understanding of our food culture, unfortunately.nnOverall the shop cleanliness has improved overall which is much better.nnU really do push the prices, you used to be reasonable but now everything I can buy cheaper else where but my time is worth more.nnCheer,nAllan

New World Remuera supermarket is clean, bright, and well-stocked. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always greet me with a smile and offer assistance when needed. I love their fresh produce, bakery, and deli sections. They also have a florist, catering, The location is convenient and the parking is ample.

Cheimi I believe was her name was so lovely when yogurt spilt in my bag! Not only did she help clean up she went and got a new one!

The location is convenient and the store is pretty clean. Most of staffs here are great except for a Philippino lady cashier who’s in her mid forties.nnI ran into her twice at the checkout. She greeted white males like a close friend both times and didn’t bother to say hi to me. I’m a female Asian. Can’t tell it’s racialism or sexism or trying to get herself something but it makes me uncomfortable.

Awesome service! Rarely do reviews but this New World deserves one. We ordered food platter for our Christmas breakfast, the staff who took the call was very helpful and organised a few people to make our big order happen. Picked up the order on a Friday morning and staff were very helpful, awesome service! Friendly grocery vibe. Keep it up New World Remuera!
