New World Remuera

Whoever the genius is who thought leaving the trolley handles under dripping brown gunk should be fired. What a horrible customer experience to have your hand smeared in gunk as you're trying to put your child in a trolley.

Have just shopped here and normally have good service. I was served at the checkout by a young Asian lady who ignored me when I greeted her. She rang up my groceries all the while not saying anything. Perhaps she would be better working out the back away from customer's as she lacks basic customer service skills.

Rude and unhelpful staff. There should be a sign saying the container for cut pineapple did not come with a lid. How unhygienic was that.

This is such a posh New World, I love it. The gentleman who works the wine section is so nice and it's a total high class experience even if you're buying El cheapo. I like how the champagne is chilled and ready to go for that emergency celebration.
