Amazing food and staff speaks english!

Deliver in time, frozen food is very well packed. The shop has given the customer face masks and a heartwarming card. Wish everyone take care and stay safe.

Ordered with my flat mate 6 days ago but still haven’t received the order and you can’t really reach them as there’s no one answering. I understand it is a special period but if you can’t cope with large amount of orders, you should let people know or stop taking new orders.

Thought it’s a small shop, but the clean environment and reasonable price can’t be beat. They provide free shipping with super easy condition, the efficiency could be top 1 in New Zealand.

Order the item from online Store for nearly 2 week still a no show, and can not get any contact as well. Worse service ever.

Ordered online 4 times, failed to follow delivery instructions twice. When I called to complain, there was no ownership of responsibilities or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to the customer.
