I have been a regular here for nearly 3 months on a near daily basis as I live nearby.nnToday I was stopped by a security guard after checking out at self checkout under the suspicion that I stole something.nnSupervisor on site older, asian lady proceeded to print a receipt and claim the item I scanned was not paid for. I pointed out the item on the receipt to both the security guard and supervisor. Supervisor was in disbelief and still accusing me until I finally got her to read the item on the receipt. No apology no nothing, just all good, you're good to go.nnAfter this experience, will definitely be my last time shopping here.

The behaviour of the security guard at this store was both unprofessional and inappropriate. He made unfounded accusations against young customers, including my teenage son, without any reasonable basis. This pattern of disrespectful conduct is further confirmed by similar accounts from other patrons. As a result, I will not be returning to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it as well

Today my friend and I middle aged gentlemen were looking at some items on the shelf. Next thing a security guard came up to us and started asking us questions such as what were we doing in pretty bad English. Not sure if he was an actual security guard or not as he was wearing shorts, but his jacket seemed to suggest he was. Anyway, if he was a security guard, he should choose who he goes after a bit more carefully and look for actual thieves! If not, then he was some type of local loony, and NW should employ more security guards. But anyway, never going back there again!

Lovely clean store. The ciabatta is my go to lunch option. The meat in the deli made ones have halved almost $8 and all of a sudden half the meat boo

They don't put enough staff on to cover the counters so instead rely on security to police the self checkout counters with cameras.nnThey are incredibly rude at this store and assume everyone is a shoplifter, they will mistake you for stealing, harass you, and when you prove them wrong won't even apologize just talk down to you and storm off like it's your fault.nnLook at the other reviews and you will see this is a common occurence at this store.nnAlso they sell stock months past its best buy with a steep discount with no mention of the expired goods, regularly.
