FreshChoice Epsom

Ordered via uber eats because I am sick and can’t eat anything but bread. I wanted to be notified if it was out of stock so I could choose another one - the notification lasted about 20 seconds before it cancelled out of it and said ‘we are finished packing order’. My uber driver kindly asked them to add it in but they declined. And I tried to call them multiple times and they didn’t pick up. Pretty heartless tbh

I like this Supermarket.nI really enjoy the Cafe there; good coffee, nice food, & reasonably quiet for a good chat with friends. Very handy for appointments at Greenlane Clinics....& there's free parking.

I bought a chicken salad bun for $6.90. It was hideous. The bun was stale, the chicken dry, and no mayonnaise. The lettuce was old and limp. The only other ingredient was a paltry slice of watery tomato. The bun had also gotten soggy due to the overly wet tomato. You have a cheek to charge $6.90.

Poor staff! A India lady who stand for front cashier and post office is so rude she PUA me that make me feel very uncomfortable, will not come back again. After read all recommendations from Google, I think the staffs over their have extremely problem and make the shop really down.

Absolutely disgusting. Bought chicken from here this afternoon, opened it up and it had dead flies on it. Absolutely filthy standards. Attempted to phone call and they did not pick up. Really disappointed as someone could eat this and get horribly sick. Ruined dinner for me. Will not be coming back here.
