Great supermarket with competitive prices in comparison to Countdown or New World. My only criticism is that it’s often a bit overcrowded, and various items do tend to run out of stock from time to time. It’d be great to see them adopt self service kiosks. Warehouse style supermarket reminds me somewhat of Real Canadian Superstore, Iceland's Bonus and the early days of Australia's now defunct Bi-Lo. Yes. You can get 5kg bags of chicken drumsticks. And more types of frozen chips than I have ever seen in my life. Prices are considerably lower than competitors like Countdown. Plus, yet again we were left wondering why energy drinks are so expensive in Australia. PS: please make sure you take a stroll through the perfectly preserved, attached shopping mall...

Edit: Total wait time was 45min in the queue. Only when I had phoned the store while in the store and spoke to the duty manager they opened two more counters. Suggestion is to keep an eye on the number of counters that are open as you enter if you don’t want to fall in the same trap as I did. 15min in the queue and still no sign of opening another checkout counter. Only two standard checkout counters open at 6.30pm Saturday… real jokes - pak’nWAIT. No floor staff either.

1 litre of 7 up costs $29.98?? That must be a Guinness record! 2 litres oil $8.95, 5 litres is $30 and it is super special? I hope the grocery manager and take a look at these

People stock up foods before the Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle, leading some empty shelf. Overall you can still find most of the items you need or some replacements.

Superb store. With lots of variety and lower priced than any other store. Very well organised. Lots of parking space.

Sufficient storage with many varieties of goods and even with competitive pricing... Most like the display of vegetable seeds packets near the Vegetables counter... its a good message to all... a seller with dignity. Expecting more such things.. expectancy is higher with you for the upcoming upgredations at your esteemed store.

If you are an ethnic minority customer, be wary. Some of the cashiers do not think you are worth the basic form of respect, like a greeting. We went there at 3 pm today. I smiled at and greeted our cashier my family member who was 1 meter behind me heard me quite clearly, and you should have seen the body language of the cashier; no response and never once made eye contact with us. Basic manners when someone greets you, right? Yet she was all smiles and eager to talk with the Caucasian man in front of us. We coloured people have eyes by the way. We can tell quite well what the signs are when someone is deliberately treating others differently and what it feels like. And if she treated us like that, she might very well have done the same to another person of colour. If you were shopping at this supermarket at around 3pm October 8 and experienced something similar, immediately let someone or someone who speaks English know so they can report it to the duty manager asap. Don't let people get away with this disgusting behaviour.

The trolley man is by far the best employee we have ever seen. The star of the organisation without question. Give this man a promotion asap! He is so lovely and friendly, collects everyone's trolleys from them and is always so quick and efficient. Amazing!!

Graham in the wines department knows his stuff! He's got alot of knowledge and enjoys informing people when asked. I see him helping all the time! Staff are friendly here and helpful.
