New World Supermarket Mount Roskill

Excellent service, great staff and great produce. I have been trying to get hold of canned Watties Ravioli for about a year and unable to get it out West. Found on google that there was Ravioli in New World Mt Roskill. Called them, and confirmed they had it on the shelf. Quick trip to Mt Roskill. Bought all 9 cans off the shelf. Thank you. Absolutely disgusted! I purchased cherry tomatoes today to find a handful of rotten ones and insects at the bottom of container, some dead and some alive. I am so disgusted and have made a complaint to head office. The team needs to properly check their produce. YUCK!

Very expensive, limited range, stale products. Milk and frozen items are not stored correctly/ warm and will melt or go off quickly. You might as well go to Pak N Save and pay 20% less for the same or better quality products.

A well designed supermarket, with a modern look and dedicated bulk spices section. Staff members are friendly, attentive, accommodating, and helpful; especially the lady at the seafood counter. Parking usually is available despite that it's a shared shopping area. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other supermarkets. Stocks are improving although now have less of unique items than it used to.

My old work place...nLovin' the vibe and being greeted with a Hello .nIt's Clean tidy easy to find whatever and great customer service care/help when needed etc ...
