First visit here, as it's the nearest spice shop to me thought I'd better try it out. It's certainly the largest spice supermarket in the area, parking is plentiful directly outside and easy access to the shop. The shop is quite large and took awhile to explore. Found some items I'd not yet found in over 12 years in New Zealand, excellent but no the sell by dates were well gone!! after this it was rows and rows of items I wasn't interested in. The bulk spice bins were usual and with some basic spices missing, had an entire row of Ghee which was good as it was more choice than usual. They also sell fresh made items which did look very appetizing. I will return as it's close but I do honestly believe the other place I use is better. The staff were 110% and when I explained about the out of date stock they did action it, I think.
It is expensive than other Indian stores. Check your bill 3 times before leaving the store, there will be different prices on display and higher prices on the bill. Also, check the count of the items, it has been the third time I have been charged twice for the same product. No body picks their 0800 number on the bill. Will not recommend.
Many varieties of South Indian snacks. I love this place. Little expensive for me
Please cross check the price that is displayed . With the rude attitude from the counter you may get distracted and leads to big bills than you expect ... basicly just cheating
Large selection of food drinks spices and groceries. Surprisingly at decent prices.
Very expensive and some spices an medicines are expired.npt going back again and be careful when you shop check the prices and the expiry dates.
Good Indian store to buy almost everything but most of the products on shelves are EXPIRED. Had to check dates on everything before buying. Make sure to check the expiry dates before buying any product from this store.
It's one of the convenience store on NZ.. As it provided facility for all community at affortable prices & unique location for everybody. With the imported stocks mostly from Indian to serve and local products at the most outcome everyone to enjoy.
the samosas are $1.50 and last 2 times i bought them, the patato was old and off. why use old stuff guys, its just bad business
WORST INDIAN SUPERMARKET IN AUCKLAND. GOOD PRODUCTS BUT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PERSON AT THE BILLING LOOKS AT YOU AS THOUGH YOU ARE BUYING THINGS FOR FREE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
