FreshChoice Glen Eden

Most staff are really good but there’s one, Tamsin who is absolutely rude and has no understanding of customer care. The last time I was there I got into a conversation with another customer who just came out of the shop and she said this Tamsin is really nice sometimes to some people and just rude to others, always to us Māori. It’s like she’s doing us a favour, you work in a shop! Just because you white and younger than us doesn’t make you better. We can only get to Kelston every 2 weeks but are trying to eke it more often so we don’t have to deal with this persons disrespetful behaviour.

Well they are definitely the most affordable in the area for doordash grocery delivery. However they often pack online orders wrong, and its impossible to get through to them on their phone line. I see a number of others have had this experience. A little bit more staff training would go a long way!

A great little supermarket. So many things on offer for a smaller supermarket, im always happy with the gluten free variety and plenty of other options. They are also amazing at helping with community fundraisers. It may be in a small way however when you see how many shoplifters are on the wall you wonder how they continue to remain generous to their community.nThanks fresh choice, keep those 3pack Buenos stocked and the lovely staff smiling legends!

Huge store, lots of options to choose from. Very modern store, nice and tidy with lots of space to move around especially near thw fresh produce area. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Slightly expensive but I think that's supermarkets as a whole these days :/

This supermarket is all right good variety of products except the bread isn't fresh and the meat isn't that fresh either and its a bit over priced a lack of security i parked my car here for 5 minutes approximately and in that short amount of time I had belongings stolen from my car not impressed with the amount of theift YOU REALLY NEED A SECURITY GUARD AT THE ENTRANCE OF FRESH CHOICE!!!
