A great little supermarket. So many things on offer for a smaller supermarket, im always happy with the gluten free variety and plenty of other options. They are also amazing at helping with community fundraisers. It may be in a small way however when you see how many shoplifters are on the wall you wonder how they continue to remain generous to their community.nThanks fresh choice, keep those 3pack Buenos stocked and the lovely staff smiling legends!

Absolutely horrible experience via uber eats. I normally order groceries from them in the evening and it arrives on time. Today I ordered and one whole hour passed and the app showed that the packer hadn’t even started packing!nnI tried to contact the store multiple times and no one picked up. Very irresponsible and slow. They were only a few items and it shouldn’t have taken that longnnThe time just kept extending and eventually when it showed no progress in starting the packing I contacted uber eats to cancel the order. I wasted my time on a Sunday waiting for this delivery. Definitely try ordering from countdown directly because what’s the point of paying so much extra when it’s not even convenient???

Owned by Woolworths so prices are reasonably competitive. Some small supermarkets like this are overly expensive, but not this one. Reasonable amount of stock for the small footprint, usually have what I want. Friendly staff.

there’s a checkout operator by the amardeep, she has the worst customer service, we just got to the checkouts and she started yelling us saying there’s two operators and why we didn’t go there, there was a stand covering her, we couldn’t see her, she started going off at us as soon as we got to the line. This is absolutely ridiculous to have someone like that operating checkouts and being the face. Is this how you guys provide customer service ??worst experience

I ordered an 18mini packs of oreo and it was out of stock,and they substituted with 5pk mini donuts?Can you guys please substitute with maybe any other packs of oreo 4 pk 2 pk as long as its oreo instead of mini donuts?
