FreshChoice Glen Eden

I recently came to the store on foot and had a small lunch-sized cooler bag with me inside my reusable shopping bag. As soon as I took the cooler bag out to briefly check whether a 2L ice cream container would fit inside it, without opening the cooler bag, a staff member came over and silently stood beside my trolley watching me. It made me feel uncomfortable.

This is now the second time they have missed items on my Delivereasy order. The first time was 1 item but this time it is 3 items I have been charged for. I suggest that they either train their staff better or stop taking online orders.

Always had a good experience at this store. Staff are lovely. Always been very helpful and so kind to my son.

Well they are definitely the most affordable in the area for doordash grocery delivery. However they often pack online orders wrong, and its impossible to get through to them on their phone line. I see a number of others have had this experience. A little bit more staff training would go a long way!

Huge store, lots of options to choose from. Very modern store, nice and tidy with lots of space to move around especially near thw fresh produce area. Staff seem friendly and helpful. Slightly expensive but I think that's supermarkets as a whole these days :/
