As supermarkets go, this place is clean, tidy , staff are friendly and their fish bar always looks fresh. Butchery counter always willing to help. If it was cheaper I'd only shop here.

Staff members are friendly, attentive, and very helpful; they go above and beyond to help you. Stocks most of the items that I like. The front-parking is often really busy and filled up very fast; luckily the back-parking rarely is - thought you'll need to bring your umbrella in the rainy day. Prices and quality are typical of New World.

Located opposite Repco. The store is clean and well laid out. I like the trolleys, they are made from recycled plastic, so they dont give you static shocks when you touch them. They also steer well. It is best to shop here if you are a club member or have downloaded their app to receive better prices. The checkout operator was very helpful. Overall a good experience.

Came in to buy a few essentials and went self checkout. When I got there, there were many self checkout machines open however a young lady working there who has ginger hair yelled asking if i was using card as I was walking to an open machine. She then proceeded to direct me to one right beside her which I did not mind however she then began to stand uncomfortably close to me as I was checking out and it felt as if I was being profiled. I was dressed nice, had no bag on me and was also holding all my groceries in my hands which in my opinion does not equate to being profiled. This lady also did not smile at me, greet me or farewell me. I work in retail myself and know how important these things are for customer service so it was really disappointing to not only be profiled but also be treated as if I was unwelcome. Usually have good experiences here but this time I left feeling very upset and uncomfortable. Please sort this out.

Clean store, friendly staff, lots of products and a bakery to die for. Cupcakes, donuts and special cakes etc are a dream. Deli is awesome. Meat is great and prices are good.
