Staff members are friendly, attentive, and very helpful; they go above and beyond to help you. Stocks most of the items that I like. The front-parking is often really busy and filled up very fast; luckily the back-parking rarely is - thought you'll need to bring your umbrella in the rainy day. Prices and quality are typical of New World.

Very helpful staff members taking time to give me advice on a dish I was making for dinner, they suggested certain ingredients to elevate my dish and long story short my meal that night was amazing, very clean environment and friendly trolley man always giving people smiles and waves

Quite a modern quaint store this one in New Lynn. Its nice. Lots of interesting things definitely some items are more expensive than other shops. Some at par. Number of staff is ample you'd be well looked after. Efficient service.

store nicely set out good carparking and I got good items coffee cat treats etc I will return .. they have a customer notice board too

A favourite Grocery Shopping Supermarket.nLike their Delicatessen choices. Cakes especially at Christmas.nCheck-out staff very friendly & helpful. Very good car parking.
