The prices were a mess. The fresh produce section was practically empty. I asked where the customer service center was, and a female Indian employee, who seemed to be in charge, rudely told me she was there and then disappeared. The customer service center was empty for a long time, and I got tired of waiting, so I went home.

Staff members are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. They also stock plenty of fresh produces, and grocery items. Some of their stocked items are quite unique to the store in lieu of the items usually stocked in the other stores. Entrance to the car parking area is quite challenging and the traffic flow underground can be challenging too.

Generally when I go into the supermarket I get on fine and I'm polite to the staff today, the cheese. Tasty 1KG Inc. Was incorrectly placed or incorrectly priced. I talked to one of the operators and asked that that be corrected immediately. And I saw the person responsible for making sure that the checkouts are all going well. And I asked to the person on the phone if it was that Lady, and she said no and called somebody. And then that Lady came and helped us anyway. What a waste of my time.nWe then went over to the cheese and she said oh it's it's just wrong it. I asked her to fix it but she refused so anybody buying cheese there to day will probably get ripped off. Because of the poor layout. Anyway, I selected another cheese, but that was incorrect as well. So at the self service checkouts I printed out. An invoice and gave it to the same lady, explaining that that price was wrong as well. And she tried to insist that I should take the invoice, even though I'm trying to say look at the cheese. That I brought the price was wrong, but I have to go. I was on the phone at the time. Then the security guard walked out and tried yet again to give me the invoice that I'd already said I didn't need, and it was for them to sort out their shelving issues.

After giving order number and name. This was not enough. I needed a form of identification. My driver's licence needed to be verified.nI could see my order on the trolley.nLincoln road PAK'nSAVE I just give them my name I get my order.
