PAK'nSAVE Alderman Drive Henderson

Limited selection for a small store which is all good, but the click and collect lets this place down. We regular use it and it seems every time we do we have to wait at least 20 mins. Would be faster to go into the store and get everything faster. Very inefficient, they should learn how to do it from the other stores which have no issues like this

Great clean store and plenty of friendly staff. However…. The layout. Especially the fresh produce section. Is extremely hard to navigate if you’ve not been to this store before. I covered a lot of ground during my shop whilst endlessly searching.nI can’t fault anything else but the layout was frustrating during my whole shop.

Staff members are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. They also stock plenty of fresh produces, and grocery items. Some of their stocked items are quite unique to the store in lieu of the items usually stocked in the other stores. Entrance to the car parking area is quite challenging and the traffic flow underground can be challenging too.

I feel like this PAK’nSAVE gets a bad rep for its layout… honestly, that’s also why it loses a star for me. I also find its stock lacking sometimes. HOWEVER, overall it’s clean and tidy and the team are so kind!

staff name Sukhman , she served me last sunday evening, was so friendly to me and gave me great customer service . Love the polite way she talked ! Recommended pakn save , best in the west
