I usually find this place convenient and the staff helpful.nHowever, I was really disappointed during my recent visit.nOne of the female Chinese staff members was extremely rude while I was paying.nShe even threw the items on the counter, which made me feel very uncomfortable.nI hope the management can address this, as it affects the overall experience.

Clean and well-lit with spacious isles and perfect shelving. Spoiled for choice across all items, and very well-trained staff who give customers five star service. The very best shopping experience.nNew World Eastridge makes shopping for groceries a pleasure

Expensive. Bought an in-date, by 6 days, Imperfectly Perfect brand chicken and cranberry pizza. Supposedly fresh with fresh herbs. Straight home and in fridge for tea next night. Well, cheese by then was moldy and the rocket was composting! Very disappointing. Complained to NW and producer of pizza.

I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for one thing that happened at checkout. However after 4 people including the duty manager who was a bit rude, I demanded the store manager. She was a very lovely lady to deal with, and she did honour what I was referring to. We had a nice chat about it and she did agree with me and I also agreed with what she explained. So all in all it was resolved. The store is well stocked and presented, clean and tidy. The fresh departments are very good.nOverall a nice store.
