New World

Very clean and organized. Good items available, especially in their hot food, deli and bakery. Especially loved their brioche buns from the bakery. Yum. Perfect place to get your food and drinks for a picnic at the beach.

What a huge disappointment. You used to do delicious made in store brilliant smoked chicken cranberry and brie pizza. Today chicken and cranberry - literally 10 miniscule dabs cranberry a bit of chicken and a bit of cheese. What a shame. Used to be really gourmet.

Excellent staff, good range of general stuff but not many options of individual items. Worth going for the staff.

Rude young blond man this afternoon 6pm. This place is more than $1 per item more expensive than other places. It might be convenient but not worth it when countdown and paknsave are 5 min away.

Great selection and price especially with the new world card and ladies at the counter were excellent in helping me out

I find they have quite a good selection of products, a clean place and late closing. Their club loyalty system makes difficult to shop as you need to make sure are not you getting their club only discounted products. Generally pricey and sometimes the quality of their bakery can be a bit off

Very rude customer service on Sunday by a young blonde boy. He didn't talk to me or say good afternoon just started scanning my groceries and he kept throwing my groceries at me whilst I was trying to pack them - its bad enough that I had to pack my own groceries but the checkout boy made my overall experience at new world even worse.

Noticeably more expensive than other supermarkets I've shopped at. Busy, even on week-days mornings, with not much space in the isles. When workers are stocking shelves during opening hours, it gets quite cramped. Price tickets often hard to find or not there. The red price tickets for specials are deceiving because there are club deals only apply if you're signed up and saver deals for all customers - yet the writing to distinguish between the two is the same and very small - so I imagine this would catch alot of people out.

This is a very good store with very helpful staff and a great selection of items as well as convenient parking

Quite a nice and large Newworld. I did an online order and the pick up locers were outside by the carpark on the far end of the store. It was hard to see but there are red lockers there. There are a few spots for click and collect. When I went the lockers were closed so I had to press the button to get someone to bring out my order. I had a few question and they answered them on the spot which was helpful.
