As a first time mum I just took my newborn to the supermarket for the first time. Half way through the shop he started absolutely screaming and wouldn’t stop. The check out lines were long. One of the staff there opened a check out just for me and rushed me through, as well as offered a private space if I needed to feed my baby. This was such a kind act and so appreciated

I popped into New World with my shopping list and suddenly needed the ladies room so asked a staff member where it was located. I pushed my trolly to one side and headed for the ladies room when suddenly a staff member a middle aged woman grabbed my shopping bag and yanked me to a stop!nnShe prized open my bag and said “Oh it’s just your bike helmet” then walked off with a smug smile! How rude and unwelcome did I feel?! Surely there is a better way to enquire into their customers pensioner's shopping bag? Or do old people look like they can smash and grab these days? I am now nicknamed The Bionic Gran by my friends

Had the manager Steve stand over me at self service after id had the emts at my home for my mum cornering me about a legit complaint I made saying I made some serious accusations, he didn't care my mum wasn't well I'd never met him before but he knew my face came out of nowhere and started confronting me for daring to complain about his staffs weird behavior. I'm a women he's a man and he tried staunching me out ,he's lucky it was a professional setting because I don't tolerate weak men bullying women. Don't come near me again Steve I spend hundreds in your store and have every right to be there and yes I have gone to the top over this you creep. literally waited for me to come in store and poached me over my legitimate complaint. Weirdo. Screenshotted other reviews which backs up the Indian lady accusing me and others of shoplifting ha shame Steve.

I am so disappointed with my experience today. First thing in the morning the Indian lady on the self checkout thought i was shoplifting chocolates and asked me to check my bag. She even asked me where my are my chocolate biscuits came from when in fact its clear that the brand of it is not sold in New World or New Zealand even!! It’s a Philippine/ Filipino brand!!! She didn’t even say sorry! Only “OK” is this a proper customer service??
