New World

I Will not be shopping here again, all my groceries are bought in this store, I am slow on my feet recovering from torn tendons in my ankle, now a parking fine. Will not be back. And I read i am not alone, you will lose lots of customers, well done new world for pissing off your loyal customers. Shop local, what a joke !!!

I highly recommend this store only for the bakery—the staff and quality of bread, cakes, and pastries are excellent.nHowever, my recent experience with the rest of the store was very disappointing. Discounts on promotional items weren’t applied correctly, staff were unhelpful, and I was treated disrespectfully by the duty manager, including being wrongly accused of 2 missing items which was taken by Lady A as cashier change when I was back taking videos. The assistant store manager apologized and offered a solution, but my main concern was the poor service and lack of proper apology from the duty manager.nBecause of this, I am retracting my previous 5-star rating and giving the store 1 star for non-bakery shopping.

Be careful when charging your car here as the fine you if you are too long. I have waited for a spot to charge and was fined $100 ...personally I avoid this place...the super market is ok but avoid parking here

My favorite new world. The staff go above and beyond, you can really tell they get treated right. Gets really busy during the day so be warned if you don’t enjoy the mania of trolly traffic. They have a really awesome bakery section with custom cakes. Good selection of organic and international foods.

BEWARE I use to spend hundreds of dollars a week in this store, but after getting a parking ticket for being over time in their carpark I won't spend a dime with them again. In fact, they did me a favour, I now shop at Pak N Save Silverdale, cheaper shop, fantastic fish selection, lots of parking and discount fuel. Thanks New World, you might have got me with a parking fee but I have more moolah in my pocket and no parking stress cheers
