I guess it can be chalked up to head office staff being far-removed from reality, but how is it acceptable to regularly having charities shaking people down for money at the front entrance? After COVID a lot of us are struggling, and now we have to run the financial gauntlet of well-meaning charities every time we buy essentials at Woolworths... or go somewhere else. Woolworths have missed out on at least half a dozen purchases because of wokeness. As long as they feel that they look good I geuss.

This place is amazing to fulfillment all the stuff you need to have for kitchen and some clothes also . I recommend 110% percent as well as the price range is also very satisfying.nThanks all the staff members always supporting and helping.

Kelly is extremely rude and unproffesional. Wearing a mask and gets irritated when customers cant hear her. Please dont work in customer service if you're going to be unpleasant.

While it’s a great location l, this supermarket suffers from a chronic stock shortage. You will often find shelves empty, or fruit covered in fruit flys. For this expect to pay a premium significantly above the price of competitors supermarkets. I’d avoid this supermarket and continue to Westgate unless you’re in desperate need of essentials

I am a local, and the store is good at supplying variety, actually the only reason I go there. My bad experiences are only related to the service, particularly who seem to be a northern Indian lady for identification and I am not a racist, who generally stands near the self checkouts and only seen some weekdays.nWhen we were asking her for help, she adamantly ignored us and tried to start a conversation with another customer lady who didn't even look for a conversation.nThe earlier time, she was unwarrantably looking rude at us near the self checkouts as if every customer was a thief. For no reason, she is a bit condescending towards my Indian friend, where I got she doesn't even respect her own race, leave the rest. That's not a Kiwi experience for the things when we pay you.
