Super friendly and helpful crew. Great selection of wine and beer. I did suggest a few Asian items that they could be stocking frozen chillies, frozen okra, lemongrass.. etc but no response to feedback so likely they don't have a system to receive and manage customer feedback anyway. You get what you see.

Best bacon and egg pie in the deli department I've ever tasted..and their chocolate eclairs over in the bakery department are gorgeous!! Always clean..and they always had the glasses in stock when they were on offer!! Really enjoyed shopping here!!

The staff at this New World are the best I have encountered. They are always helpful and eager to help. The store is smaller than I like, the range is not as big as other stores. Hopefully they may move to bigger premises soon.

Good friendly staff, the only main supermarket in Kumeu Township. Bitbthebfull size New World you see in Hobsonville, Eastridge but have pretty much what you need. Carpark spaces are limited during busy hours and it is such a pain to get in and out off. But other than that, all good and recommends others for a visit.

During the floods I was cold and wet and I had to wait at New World to be picked up and the staff could not have been any better. The gave a jacket and warm food and drink and the owner gave me a ride to a place where I had to be picked up. Great staff

Wow just wow 9 strawberries for $24 and the straw that broke the camels back canned chicken on rice from the God forbidden sushi section $10 are you an ethical employer no way are you community bleeder hell yeah! ram raids would be best advised for this business

Love New World' Kumeu Would have to be one of if not the Best New World's in Auckland if not New Zealand Fantastic Wine Selection come here regularly from Henderson for the Wine not a fan of the Trusts they also stock alot of things other supermarkets don't stock like Rutherford and Meyer Gluten Free Products and Organic Chicken Sausages and specialty items

Very clean facility, moderate selection of products available the range isn't as large as other supermarkets, however it does appear to be a smaller supermarket. The Deli would have to be one of the best, offering pre-cooked ready to heat & eat one person meals made fresh daily instore for around $6 each. The only thing I would say is to increase the selection of those. Staff are always very friendly & helpful.

Best Blueberry muffin I have ever had, not a word of a lie. I specifically drive 20 mins just to get one of these amazing muffins. It’ll change your life

Over priced for a start. Also, I did a click and collect for 1 item that said was in stock...checked to make sure online. Next day, I got an email to say they didn't have it and i got charged $6.00. Pmo!
