New World

I’m a regular customer, always like shopping in this clean and friendly atmosphere. But I was very shocking today. I asked for some garlic roll slices in the deli. One staff cut off a piece, but she accidentally dropped it on the floor, she was behind the bench, she might thought I didn’t see it, she picked it up and about to slice it. Of course I asked to have another piece, even It was wrapped on the side, but open on both ends, I don’t know which side it was landed, I can’t accept it, think if that was for your own family, for your own kid’s sandwich, would you pick it up and give it to him?

Always enjoy shopping at New World, and New World Albany is no doubt a great place to shop. Everything is well organised and clean with stock filled frequently. You do pay a little bit more compared to other places, but I totally feel it is worth it.

Nice supermarket, smaller than others in malls but well stocked. The Deli section is very impressive with a large range of meats, fish and salads at reasonable prices.

I really like this particular New World as it seems to have stock of items I buy, even when other stores are sold out. There is a particular multipack of cheese flavoured rice crackers that I haven't been able to get at my local supermarket or 3 others neaby for over 6 months. However, it's convenient to visit New World Albany on the wag home from work and they always have them.

Having Alcohol aisles as you enter isn't great to start shopping with Customer Service way out of customers sight on the right side. Overall it's ok for buying top up foods.

I was on the hunt for Robertsons Fruit mince, as I couldn't find any at the British impoters - so happy that they had 6 jars left... I was super impressed by their international section - it was a lot more extensive than our local New World

Nice selection but still way too expensive, seems to have got worse since tye cost of living went up. Example, the cat food bag we bought here was $3 more than identical bag in countdown.

I needed a couple of things to top up my pantry. This was a good little supper market. A little pricey but well worth the visit.

Excellent store. Very busy. Vast range of products. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Is inside Westfield Mall but easy access from car park. Highly recommend.

Excellent store, but at some point needs more stock, and also you need to train your employee because sometimes they don't know the locations of some products
