Nice store generally however purchased one of the plastic containers of chocolate chip cookies from the bakery thinking they would be more like home made biscuits. They were absolutely awful, brick hard and tasted anything but fresh. Even the kids didn't like them. Come on bakery - surely you can do better than that!

Online team are amazing, very helpful and are dedicated. Always have a seamless visit and even if things don't go fully right the staff are friendly and are quick to fix the situation. Really appreciate the help. Online collections are very convenient with you.

I have spent thousands shopping here but will not anymore due to the bureaucratic idiocy of the Smart Compliance company that runs your parking lot. Got an 85 dollar fine also like the person below. There were plenty of spaces. It wasn't busy. I was about 20 minutes over. I was actually going to move but my friend persuaded me I neednt bother. A gentle reminder would have been sufficient, rather than this bollocks about breaching some contract I never signed. On top of a recent speeding fine for going 8km over the limit, with a 60km limit on a country road, where the flow of traffic was that, it's frigging ridiculous. Especially when you are charging ridiculous prices for everyday items like butter 10 dollars and nearing 20 for a 1kg block of cheese, and the world we live in being particularly challenging. You've got to realize just because you're a big conglomerate it doesn't give you all the power. And doing this to loyal customers is not a sensible move. I'll just take my business elsewhere unless I receive a full reimbursement and sincere apology for the inconvenience, you've just lost 1000s of dollars a year in revenue over a silly power trip by a company you employ to manage your parking. Your loss not mine. Try adopting a bit of empathy, compassion and discernment in your business.

Beryl made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking a basic question — no greeting, no eye contact, and a tone that bordered on condescending. I wasn’t expecting red carpet service, but a minimum level of politeness would’ve been nice.nnNew World usually has lovely, helpful staff — which made this encounter stand out for all the wrong reasons. It honestly put me off shopping there that day.nnIf customer service matters to you, I’d suggest steering clear of her in Deli.
