Always clean, well-stocked, and organised. Staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is easy to find. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience

Have shopped here whenever I'm out Browns Bay way and the in store experience has been fine, however on last visit, I see this location now employs Smart Parking Compliance to monitor their customer car park a company that boasts in their ASX investor presentations about issuing as many PBNs as they can as their main profit strategy nnPlease be advise for this reason, given Smart Compliance Management's ongoing track record of incorrectly issuing inflated breach notices to even legitimate customers, I have ceased my custom at this store.nnI refuse to risk the possibility of receiving and then having to dispute an incorrectly issued breach notice. I kindly implore that this store reconsider it's choice of parking monitoring. I have relayed my concerns to my friends and family and they have in turn advised they will stop shopping at this store. I will also be writing to FoodStuffs head office.nnAs a customer, I draw a firm line at this type of practice morally. Think twice before subjecting your customers to this type of monitoring.

Very poor public relations towards there Parking conditions and communication to there shoppers and surrounding businesses. Lack of transparency with Poor signage, T&Cs with a fond size of an ant, extremely disappointing. No clear indication for after hours. Why they don’t put permanent booms, so that everyone can see what they are doing, instead, fine people with breach notices. Even at midnight, when no one even use their store. I did not see any response from New World ownership responding on the post on this platform. Won’t spend a penny in this store again.

Nice store generally however purchased one of the plastic containers of chocolate chip cookies from the bakery thinking they would be more like home made biscuits. They were absolutely awful, brick hard and tasted anything but fresh. Even the kids didn't like them. Come on bakery - surely you can do better than that!

Not the first time we saw the “future” meal. Be careful with the date of the food you bought.
