Nice open displays, have minimized shelving space for more walking area over the past year, and it looks good. Customer service has always been excellent here and had a better range the other supermarkets out there.

Okay, today, August 16, 2024, I went to this store at around 9:25 PM. I only needed to buy milk, so I went straight to the milk aisle and checked for an expiration date that was a little old. Then, a guy possibly Southeast Asian came running towards the aisle and checked it as if I had put something there. That same guy was at the exit and gave me a hostile look, as if I was going to steal the milk.nnI'm wondering if it was a problem with my dressing style that made me look like a threat, or if this is a case of racism against a brown-skinned person wearing a cap, or if it's simply poor management by New World in hiring hostile and unprofessional staff.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to in this case after spending a whole lot of money on steak fromnnew World Albany only to find we couldn’t get through its chewiness and had to throw it away. The steak was not overcooked either, just a really poor cut of meat that cost a whole lot. I’m really tired of paying a whole lot for rubbish from supermarkets.

Numerous issues with rotten and spoiled good here in the past few months. I've stopped going here all together.nnI'm sick of having to pick through the fruit and veggies to find what's not spoiled. We've also had numerous cold items that were mouldy within the dates, telling me they aren't taking care of their cold sections properly.nnUpdate 08-04-24: More rotten onions at this store as seen in the new photos. This has been an ongoing issue for months here. It's disgusting. They really need to do something about this.
