Celebrated my son's birthday here today.nWas absolutely amazing. The food was great! The service was amazing. Thank you so much to the staff. Especially the male manager that was wearing specs and the islander lady. Sorry I didn't get y'all names but you guys are so great. Thank you for making this even more easier for me. My son was able to celebrate his first birthday with all his cousins and enjoy his favourite food nuggets plus the playground. That party room is perfect for a group of children!

McDs breakfast is my favourite breakfast take-away. A Massive McMuffin no ketchup is a perfect keto meal if you don't eat the muffin. Add coffee. Job done. Oh yeah. I love the table delivery.

Today i was there around 1:30 i speak 20 times i waited around. 5 to 7 minutes on the drive way but no one was not speaking very bad service I attached video also

Cleanest Macca's store that I've been to in NZ. Staff also follow the customised instructions for each menu. The only issue is that some of the kiosks don't work and don't print out receipts

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — and honestly, even one star is far too generous.nnI ordered a coffee during a completely quiet morning when there were no other customers waiting. Despite that, my coffee never arrived — even after 20 minutes. When I went to the manager to ask what was going on, I didn’t get so much as a simple apology. All they said was, “I didn’t know,” with a completely indifferent attitude.nnWhen I asked for a refund, I was told to go to the counter, again with zero apology or ownership. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was absolutely shocking.nnThis place clearly has no concept of customer service, no respect for people’s time, and no accountability whatsoever. Frankly, people like that should not be allowed to work in hospitality.nnAvoid this place at all costs. The staff are rude, the service is painfully slow, the hygiene is questionable, and the experience is just disgraceful. One star is too much — if I could give zero, I would.
