Went there with a friend this afternoon just before 4pm Tuesday, 16July2019. This is in the Glenfield Mall food court on L3. Noting this is still a school holiday week. There was only one staff serving as well as putting the orders together, either onto a tray or paper bag for take away. So the queue was longand slow. We got out order, we then wanted to ask for some tomato source that come in small packs. Another staff with long blond hair happend to come along behind counter, and replied "WAIT FOR ME TO CLOCK IN".. She then walked into the manager office and never come out. She literally could reach out to the tray and got us tomato source PACKS. she just couldn't be bothered. I hope management is reading this review as her bahaviour is totally unacceptable and nothing less than being lazy and "couldn't care less" towards customer. Stay away from this outfit and crowd, would not recommend it to anyone.
Disgusting rude service nothing ever works. Manager always denies its her fault when it happens virtually every time. Orders always incorrect head office neads to step in, we will no longer be eating at McDonald's.... One again disgusting service
Very slow and lazy Had to wait for 15 mins for the placing the order and took another 15 mins to get the order Half n hour wasted.
Disgusting attitude and a hamburger that makes u sad, very bad quality.
