McDonald's Wairau Road

Hi, not busy, took 15+ minutes for order, cold product , plus item missing apple pie.. guess I could have checkedfish burger dry and hard, mum gave up eating it. It's the the first time in over 5 years...and will not be going back such a waste of time considering the size of the mini burgers you get these days for what they charge.

Really disappointed with my visit. I was given a completely cold burger that had a piece of plastic inside it, which is a serious food safety concern. When I went to complain and ask for a replacement, the staff member was a bit rude, although they did replace it in the end. On top of that, the floors, benches and tables were gross and clearly not cleaned properly. Overall, poor customer service and very bad cleaning standards, I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I will share the share my story because it is almost unbelievable.nI was number 133, 29th at about 8.30 I had a fairly small order and ordered a works quarter pounder, because i wanted it fresh.nI saw the manager order the staff member to change an order, but not knowing what had happened I left with my burger.nI got home and found that he had changed my order and my receipt and tag on my bag do not match.nI know its only $1.50 but this is absolutely unacceptable

It took 15 minutes probably even longer for them to make my order, someone who ordered after me got their orders BEFORE me and the worst part, when I unwrapped my food, I found a tiny piece of hair in there, now this might sound fake because you could easily say I placed it there but based on the reviews I saw in this McDonalds I can confirm this is probably the WORST McDonalds ever. Also there were SEVERAL workers, I would say about 4-5 and they weren't even doing anything, just standing there, anyways I KNOW for a FACT one of you guys intentionally placed that piece of hair there.

The food was nice. I ordered a burger combo and nuggets. Customer service was friendly and quick. The place is clean and tidy.
