McDonald's Wairau Road

One of the very few Mc'd s that i have seen the burgers were stacked properly. Coffee was good too.

Regret very suspect service, the second time.nWe placed our order via Drive-through and were served at the respective window. Given my bad experience earlier, insisted with my son to check the contents in the bag against our order which was paid.nSad to note, one entire meal was not in the bag. We had to move as there was another car behind us. Hence we had to move on and return to this store. My son entered the store and presented the situation at the counter. Thankfully, a kind gentleman asked for the deal # and having checked the system, made good the shortfall.nThis is absolutely unacceptable.nThe earlier instance compelled us to return after a 10 minute drive to place a verbal complaint, which was made good.nSometimes driving back is not cost effective and one would just take the shortage on the chin.nWould love to hear if anyone has experienced similar situation.

I opened my lava cake and found a black hair like clear as day in my ice cream, don’t know how it wasn’t spotted when bagging but super grossed out. Very careless. But the service was good guy at window was real lovely

Workers Should have better communication skills. if yous are not taking cash it should be mentioned at the drive through machine. Both blondes are lost and don't know how to talk with customers.

My husband and I were claiming for x2 free coffees from the McDonalds app via the drive through. The wait staff receiving the order was very kind and patient when the codes took a bit of time to load. We didn’t need to wait any time for our beverages to be made either. It was a happy caffeinated trip!
