McDonald's Wairau Road

Really disappointed with my visit. I was given a completely cold burger that had a piece of plastic inside it, which is a serious food safety concern. When I went to complain and ask for a replacement, the staff member was a bit rude, although they did replace it in the end. On top of that, the floors, benches and tables were gross and clearly not cleaned properly. Overall, poor customer service and very bad cleaning standards, I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Hi, not busy, took 15+ minutes for order, cold product , plus item missing apple pie.. guess I could have checkedfish burger dry and hard, mum gave up eating it. It's the the first time in over 5 years...and will not be going back such a waste of time considering the size of the mini burgers you get these days for what they charge.

The food was nice. I ordered a burger combo and nuggets. Customer service was friendly and quick. The place is clean and tidy.

Unbelievable customer service, shocking quality and quantity of food, horrible food hygiene, do not recommend to anyone.nnWe ordered our order though drive through, waited for 5 mins for no reason at the speakers this staff at drive through was polite to be fair, but when I finally get to the window, he was wearing plastic gloves and allocated me to use the paywave on the wall, after I paid, he gone back to cut tomatoes, with the same gloves.nn1st soft serve to us was tiny, and you can see it's not in its shape because it was already melted, told the staff I can't accept it because it is so small, he gone back to his manager I believe, she s in different uniform with it and more soft serve came, and they were ok.nnGot my large coke, because of the day light, I can see it was lacking, told the manager it is so stingy, she said it's all from the machine and she can't do anything, she can give me more ice to fill it up if I want to.nI told her if it is like this, they should have their machine fixed, and she just ask me again if I want more ice to fill it up and the quantity of the drink inside is fixed.nnI was getting a bit upset with the service and food, but amount of cars was building up, so I just asked for my receipt and left.nnGot home, open the bag, and saw the chips I got, just unbelievable, it's not even half.
