Wendy's

I’m extremely disappointed with the burger I ordered from Wendy's Constellation. While eating my burger, I was enjoying and chewing before realising there was a plastic tag inside it. This is extremely dangerous. I could have swallowed or choked on it. This is a serious hygiene and safety concern, something like this should never make it into a customer’s food. It completely ruined the experience and made me question their food handling standards. I hope management takes this seriously.

Table was filthy, as was the rest of the place. Staff eating their lunch there could let their colleagues know there needs some tidying up.nBurger patty tasted like a chemicals and had a rank smell. My son's chicken burger was nice though. If you're going to call something a signature burger, make sure its a decent size and it tastes nice.nnHowever, on a positive note, I remembered why I dont go there ever.

Micheal F was the star of the night , honestly one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had and it was only drive through. He was patient and accommodating which the team appreciated. The KPI’s for this quarter will be exceeded purely by Micheal alone. Our first time in Auckland will never be forgotten… thanks to Micheal , cheers

I never write reviews but I had to for this one! Friday night was SO busy… but that was nothing for Harsha! She was efficient, sweet, and actually looked like she wanted to be there even though it was prime rush time.nnThere was a very rude woman yelling at her and me and my wife did not appreciate it, but she handled it like a pro and got straight back on her A game!nnOrdered a baconator, was DELISH!! I love Wendy’s bacon .nnVery great Wendy’s experience :

We ordered at the drive thru and when we got the order home, nothing was labeled so we had to open all the burgers to see what was what and for 4 meals with drinks we only got 1 straw.
