McDonald's Albany

I visit here 3 to 4 times every week for the coffee.nThere is a young, darker complexion girl who works morning shift Friday and Saturday. I think she is a manager. She is rude! And what makes it worse, she is rude for no reason. It just seems to be her personality. She let's this place down, because every other worker here is super professional and provide excellent service.

This was a drive through visit where I specifically asked for two medium sized 'McCafe' hot chocolates.nThe lady taking the order on the speaker was very blunt with no friendly manner. The hot chocolates were warm, not piping hot, and when I took a second sip, at the window, I realized it was the standard cheap hot chocolate the one that is sometimes on special for $1 and not the McCafe standard one. I didn't drive off, the lady at the window got the duty manager and without any apology said for me to wait in the parking bay for my replacenent, I also said that it had marshmallows in the hot chocolate which I've never had before for a McCafe hot chocolate, only the cheap ones.nThe replacement hot chocolates were brought to my car, I opened the lid and took a sip, it seemed correct. After driving away and a few more sips it got incredibly sweet again and tasted like the cheap hot chocolate powder mix. To my surprise there were again two marshmallows in each of the cups. My only presumption was they topped up the original incorrect hot chocolates with the McCafe hot chocolate. Leaving in the nasty sweet hot chocolate and marshmallows at the bottom.nI had driven too far to take back.nPlease beware if you order a McCafe hot chocolate and I'd advise people to watch them make it at the correct machine.nThe shift manager was obviously cutting corners and was very ungrateful I pointed out the incorrect hot chocolate was served this was the evening of 25/04/2023 at 17:56.

We went though the drive through on Friday night around 11.30pm . they were very busy however the food was on point and tasted like Mc Donalds should taste . the service was good considering the pressure. compared to Mc Donalds Westgate this store deserves a 5 star rating .

Finally McDonald made the right coffee for us. Not bitter not too sweet. Not burn milk and not cold. After a long time drinking coffee. We found a right barista for this large mocha. Made into perfection. Thank you for this coffee. You made our day. Will definitely come back for my mocha.nnSuper clean store too despite of very busy time. Well organised and staffs are friendly.nnI’ve got my order correct. No frame at all. Cheesy pleaser with Mayo and steam buns.nnEasily transacted with a young fella.nnBest of luck guys.nnThank you.

I went to this McDonalds last night at around 11pm, I ordered a cheeseburger and small fires. The cheeseburger did not taste right and had a weird texture. A couple hours later I woke up at 2am with a high fever and a very sore stomach. I was vomiting uncontrollably which has never happened to me before. As I do not eat meat often and had not eaten much that day, I can guarantee this was from the McDonald’s. I am very concerned about the food safety standard of this McDonald’s branch and the possibility of this happening to another person.
