McDonald's Albany

Food is good, it’s McDonald’s so good bang for your buck. But I At least expect to receive my full order. I ordered a deal off of the McDonald’s app, it included a medium double cheeseburger combo with an xtra double cheeseburger and 3 nuggets. I did not receive my nuggets and was very disappointed when I found out. Appalling effort from the staff, I expect better please make sure to get the orders right in the future. This has happened multiple times in the past. I don’t know why I keep coming back. So many other better locations.

Sept 4 2025 while making an order thru kiosk me and my wife who was carrying my 6 month old son, one of the staff approaches and offered to assistant my wife in taking her order and a sit that she cleaned prior. She looks having a handicap but she was very nice and a hard working person unfortunately we forgot to ask her name. We really appreciate her service support and will come back to this place.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,nnI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant.nnMy wife purchased a special color-changing cup, but unfortunately, the cup does not work as advertised. She sent me a photo of the defective cup, and since I was passing by your store after work, I went in and asked to exchange it for a new one.nnHowever, when I showed the photo to the staff, they refused to help and insisted that I must bring the actual cup back. I explained that our home is quite far away and that my wife had already provided me with the photo as proof. Despite this, the staff declined my request.nnI found this response very disappointing, as I had both proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defective product. I believe the situation could have been handled with more understanding and flexibility.nnAs a loyal McDonald’s customer, I kindly request that McDonald’s consider replacing the defective cup without requiring me to bring it back, and I also hope that staff can receive better guidance in handling such situations in the future.nnThank you for your attention. Clean bathroom, fast service, and friendly staff. There was even someone celebrating a birthday — such a nice atmosphere!
