Good Service! Can get really busy. It would be nice to have ketchup readily accessible. Also the bins, I can't find a place to chuck the rubbish. It's all in the middle. When it gets busy, the access is a bit awkward when we have to walk across people ordering.

super disappointed! Ordered 2 meal with drinks comes with half cup of cold chocolate and the chocolate taste just like washed cup water! How ridicules!
Came here today around 9 pm I ordered two hot chocolate’s and ordered one with almond milk. We could not tell which one was which as the cups were not marked and both of the drinks had marshmallows inside which we did not want, for someone that has an allergy please train and educate your staff this small task is important.
Have been visiting here instead of one at the food court. plenty of seating and not too crowded. Have not had any problems with orders so far
You always get consistently good food at the drive-thru. I give McDonald's credit apart from occasional cold fries you always get great food, unlike the other place that thinks they are the King of burgers.
Went to McDonald’s Albany at 1am on Wednesday morning 13 January and was treated with the best customer service ever by the manager on duty Matt. He is so professional and welcoming! Mangers like him are the ones that deliver customers with the full maccas experience. I would promote him if I were the owner. Excellence at its finest!
Ordered pancake happy meals for the kids and two of them was rock hard. Took it back and waited very long for the replacement. My burger and fries was also pretty cold. Not a great experience.
