Domino's Pizza Forrest Hill

Disappointed in last nights service and food 2 items were burnt so badly we couldn’t even eat them and the 2 melts were so oily the leaked through the box. I have submitted a form online and tried to contact the store directly. I just wanted to share our experience on here so that others are aware of the level of service and quality of food they might receive. Hopefully the owner has a chat to the staff about quality control. We understand mistakes happen but last night was disgusting and disrespectful to us as consumers.

Pizza perfectly cooked!!! Gone here 4-5 times now, every single time without doubt all the food is burnt. I took it back one time because it was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it and the manager at the time said that because its a thin base its easily burnt and that in his eyes it wasn’t bad at all. The whole bottom of the pizza was literally black & same as our chips and garlic bread which he couldn’t find an excuse for. I am never going here again. I understand once, but every single time? The staff need to be trained better when it comes to making the food. As per usual, I am beyond disappointed and regretful I wasted money here. Pizza hut will be where I go from now on as I never have this issue with them.

- Delivery was pretty quick but team member completely ignored the delivery instructions I specifically requestedn- Found a nail / a screw in my pizza see pictures. I was in the middle of chewing it when I noticed there was something rock-hard so decided to spit it out just to find out it was a nail / a screw. I’m just glad I didn’t end up swallowing it

The beef and onion XL was luck of meat and topings. I dont know what happened. We always order here. Maybe they cost cuting‍
