Food was good as always. Service was fast. Will be going back! Not much seating area as it is mainly a pickup store.

Disappointed in last nights service and food 2 items were burnt so badly we couldn’t even eat them and the 2 melts were so oily the leaked through the box. I have submitted a form online and tried to contact the store directly. I just wanted to share our experience on here so that others are aware of the level of service and quality of food they might receive. Hopefully the owner has a chat to the staff about quality control. We understand mistakes happen but last night was disgusting and disrespectful to us as consumers.

Ordered garlic bread today saw the hair. Worst service ever.It was cold when I got the delivery at work

- Delivery was pretty quick but team member completely ignored the delivery instructions I specifically requestedn- Found a nail / a screw in my pizza see pictures. I was in the middle of chewing it when I noticed there was something rock-hard so decided to spit it out just to find out it was a nail / a screw. I’m just glad I didn’t end up swallowing it

When I went there to pick up my customer order, he told me it would take five minutes. I waited for him. After waiting for ten minutes, it still wasn't ready, and I told him how long it would take. He said it was coming. While he was talking with another Uber Eats driver, a lady gave me the pizza. When I was about to take it, he asked for my Uber bag, and I said I had it in my car. He rudely asked me to bring the bag when I had already seen him not ask for an Uber bag from another Uber Eats driver who came before me. What is going on? He was so rude and didn't know how to value others' time. I had other orders too and couldn't waste more time waiting for it. I had already asked him when I came insinde how long it would be; if he had said it would take more than ten minutes, I would have canceled it. Anyhow, I canceled the order because of his rude nature and bad behavior.
