Denny's Family Restaurant

To start, table stil has wipes streak marks on it as was sticky. Had to wipe the table and was left with a wipe that was partially black from whatever was on the table. There was a random potato product left on a seat. Atmosphere is cold and no music of any kind. We weren't greeted by the either staff members that walked passed our table. Waitress that brought menus and cutlery, just left it on the table and walked off, not even saying hello or engaging in any way. Cutlery didn't look clean and had splotches of water marks on them. Had to request clean cutlery, but even the replacement cutlery didn't look clean. Requested boiling water to clean cutlery. Waitress uniform was a bit messy. Ordered Eggs Benedict with well done eggs and when I got it, the eggs were not well done at all and runny, which i do not eat as it makes me personally sick. The meals were well presented and will give them good points for presentation. But when you stipulate one requirement to the order and then get that wrong, doesn't say much about the service. Would I ever dine at a Denny's again, probably not.

Can we take a moment to check out the huge size of the pork ribs for $35. I mean its huge compared to a few more places. They have the best food and the quantity is fare according to a person. Dont forget to try their milkshakes and desserts. Got a pretty basic ambience with ling tables and a poolside view. Staff is friendly and nice to communicate with. A definite to go

Took my date here on a Friday night - Many empty tables inside yet I was told to wait 15mins at the waiting lounge just to be seated. I understand if you're short staffed but why can't we be comfortably seated at the table booths while waiting instead? Korean staff who attended to me had a sour face, seemingly annoyed to see the arrival of yet another customer. I was faced with the choice of banging tables and having spit in my food or leaving elsewhere for an eatery that appreciates its customers. This Dennys outlet used to be managed well - not anymore.

Foods good. Fast service. Price is affordable... Except for the $4.50 baked beans serving. Don't get it, just buy a can at Pak n save and bring it here. Overall a good experience

Been coming here for nearly 20 years. Kids absolutely love it. I always have the salmon skillet. Desserts are great. It's a low key place, easy going.

Denny's used to be our favorite go to resto. However, today I went there fell disappointed in several things. My wife ordered a medium rare steak. Even though they did prepare the steak correctly, the meat was inedible. It was more like a rubber than meat. My wife tried to chew it but she gave up. I could only assume that their sausage actually come from PaknSave. Not wrong, but come on. Finally, their fries was also inedible. It was soo thin and crispy, it felt like again chips the snack from PaknSave. Come on it shouldn't be like that. I don't have the picture of the meat, but i have the picture for the fries attached.

Enormously disappointed and complete rip off. Attended on a public holiday at a quiet time. Only 4 tables in the entire restaurant. We had had previous horrible experiences with dinner both in terms of long time for service and in terms of nauseating food, so decided to play it safe and just get dessert. Obviously it's Denny's, so we were not expecting anything much, but we did expect decent food done decently. There was a posted notice about low staffing so even with the almost empty location, we were ready to be patient. We ordered 2 sundaes and 2 milkshakes kids' sizes. After 10 min, we got one of each. We asked for a second spoon but after waiting over 5 min, we got up and got it ourselves. After half the table had finished their desserts, and we were about to leave, the remaining two desserts another milkshake and kids' sundae arrived. The sundae is supposed to have 4 ingredients, ice cream, sauce, whipped cream, cherry. Two were missing. The banana split was okay, the milkshakes were overly sweet and not properly balanced in terms of the ingredients. I refused to pay for the messed up sundae. I didn't think it possible for any restaurant let alone a chain to mess up easy desserts like milkshakes and sundaes, but this crowd can. And we got no apology for the wait, the mistakes, etc. Save your money and go to BK or McD's - the food will be cheaper, quicker, and better.

I'll start by saying bless the staff. They were very friendly and clearly trying their best. However, I was expecting a cheap diner experience which was not at all what we got. All of their breakfasts are still around the $20 mark. Although being a generous portion they were not good. Margarine instead of butter, dirty cups, coffee that was burnt. The place had a musty smell. The toilets and decor looked like it was straight out of 1987, with a layer of grime. Definitely will not be back or reccomending it.

Cannot believe this place is in business. Wanted to spend some bonding time with my son and thought a nice breakfast would do the trick. Nobody at entrance/reception. Waiters just kept walking past and just looking at us standing there like idiots. Eventually asked one what the plan was and he said, " you'll just have to wait" Absolutely no plan. Restaurant wasn't even busy. Place looks old and dirty, inside and out around parking area. Won't ever be back. There are other restaurants who will happily take my money.

Denny's as usual, but this time at opening. Had the usual Eggs Benny as I usually would at early hours of a Saturday morning. Everything just right, not overly runny nor dry center on the eggs, good portion overall. I understand it was just opening, however I would still expect everything to be running as doors are unlocked. There was not a sound of background music, couldn't even hear much happening in the kitchen. By this, the atmosphere was pretty slim. Service was just as needed but could use perhaps waking up and turning up a bit earlier the attendant arrived just as doors opened, looked like a rush out of bed to work morning Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space around, there is a neat little lake out front which could be a superb location for a remote control boat or simply wandering by whilst waiting for food
