McDonald's Constellation Drive

****nnOrdered the Brekkie menu online around 10:30am and took it home to Browns Bay. Both Bacon & Egg burgers were missing the bacon.nnI drove back to the store to explain the issue. Unfortunately, the customer service was more disappointing than the mistake itself. The manager offered replacement cheeseburgers but didn't inspect the food or apologise until we pointed out that nobody had said sorry. We eventually received a refund.nnWhat really left a bad impression was the attitude from the staff. The blonde staff member at the counter continued staring at us and appeared to be talking about us to other staff while we were leaving.nnMistakes happen, but good customer service can fix them.nThe missing bacon was a simple mistake. The rude and dismissive attitude was the real problem. My husband and I left feeling disrespected rather than valued as a customer.nWe won't be returning.

I’m a regular at McDonald’s in Constellation Drive, and the service is always top-notch. Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, I never miss a visit. The staff are friendly, efficient, and the food is always fresh. Plus, the EV charging station on site is a huge bonus—so convenient for my electric car. It’s just a pleasure every single time! Let me know if that fits what you had in mind.

Waited over 3 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with nobody in front of me and no response despite multiple attempts to order. Drove to the window and was told to go around the drive-thru again.nnIs the economy doing that well that customers are now expected to pay extra for fuel just to place an order? Maybe McDonald's should cover my petrol costs too.

Unbelievably understaffed, which means the poor guy and gal have to run around like chickens, and when that’s the case, it takes a long time for your order to be ready, only to find out some items aren’t correct. I don’t blame the poor employees who are probably burning themselves out over $25/h because thats entirely on the management for being so tight with their hiring. Sort it out

I stopped by to spend some time with a friend, and I guess we talked a bit too long because I ended up with an $85 parking ticket, which feels absolutely ridiculous. I was a paying customer, visiting your business and buying your products, yet got penalized for it. It’s disappointing that McDonald’s seems to discourage customers from actually enjoying their visit. So unless you plan to eat in a rush, maybe think twice before stopping here. Really frustrating experience.
