McDonald's Constellation Drive

It’s McDonalds but recently, we’ve had the best service ever. Probably for the past year. Yes, I have kids, so it is a somewhat often food stop Such friendly staff!! Really awesome to speak to people that are genuine, helpful and have a smile on their face. Food has been awesome too. No disappointment’s.

Just visited this firm on Sat as we decided to grab some treats for the kids, on our way back from Bunnings. The food and atmosphere was relatively okay. But the staffs were looked quite stressed, even the restaurant was only 1/3 seated. While I was waiting for my meal, I saw a complaint from a lady to the shop staff. After the customer left, the staff in red uniform talked to the other staff in black uniform should be a senior or manager?, and that second staff said 'Fxxk yxx' at the way where the lady customer left, in quite light voice. I was quite shocked as a customer watching this. Well, I could understand why the lady customer was upset, as I saw what had happened. Her number was called and she tried to retrieve her order. But then the staff who called her decided to hold on the order, perhaps the order had not been fully prepared. The lady customer looked a bit disappointed. For a while later, her order just kept sitting at the same place untouched well, I noticed this as there were not that many Mac's bags sitting at serving station, not until that staff in red uniform noticed it, called her and brought the bag to her again. I didnt quite hear what the lady customer had spoken or complaint, but this was what I saw. Given this experience, I wouldn't prefer to re-visit this firm, if necessary.

This McDonald's was clean, had good service and great food. Chips were really nice which I haven't had from a McDonald's in awhile so that was really awesome. The only issue was the kiosk payment wasn't working and caused us to have to redo our order all over again which would have been a big turn off if we were in a hurry. Other than that it was a pleasant environment and experience.

I went today before school to buy a soft serve, which I placed the order at 7:58. However, my soft serve was served to me at 8:12, which means I had to wait 14 minutes for a single soft serve, while there were no other customers inside the store that previously ordered before me. There were cars at the drive thru, however this does not mean that my soft serve should be served within 14 minutes, when it will take only 15 seconds to make as you guys don't care about quality anyways.nnThe main reason why it took so long to make the soft serve was because 2 girls 1 in blue shirt and one in a normal shirt were constantly chatting and not doing anything, and so many other workers were slacking off. Please do something about this, as it is really frustrating when all I wanted was a snack that I thought would take me less than 2 minutes.

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT come here if u want to wait 30 mins for a 10 pack nugget combo with a HALF ASS mcflurry.
