What I ordered and what I received. I didn’t see the chicken nuggets and asked for a refund for it from Uber eat. Then I found the whole order was incorrect but because I refunded for the nuggets, Uber does not allow me to refund the burgers. I call McDonald’s wairau road but the person told me that they put the correct things in the bag and it’s Uber’s fault to magically had everything wrong in the sealed bag. Silly vendor. Second time drama this month with McDonald walrus road!
Not always getting orders correct. Needs a little work to make sure they complete the order as per customers request. Also making sure all items are in the bag when going through Drive Through as there is a reason we didn't go inside. Otherwise great food and staff are friendly.
Food was good, the restaurant was average, needed a clean. The service was below average. There was a lot of staff but they were moving so slowly. No sense of urgency, service or drive. The manager need to focus on driving the staff and keeping motivation because there was clearly none
Service is ridiculous. Either forgets to put fries in the bag all together or only fills the fries half way with soggy old fries. As someone who works in the fast food industry in what is considered a 'lesser business. Thus simply is not good enough considering the popularity of McDonald's. If I'm paying for something I expect to receive what I pay for. Not less
I went to this McDonald's on a Tuesday evening, arriving at 1.10am after an event in the city. It took 45 minutes to get through! There was no warning at the entrance that there was a long wait & when I called to the staff member at the order point several times to cancel my order I was ignored. I asked at the payment window why there had been such a long wait & the staff member claimed it was because there were large orders ahead of me. This clearly wasn't true. She didn't apologise for the delay but closed the window in my face & then hid until I'd moved on. Extremely poor customer service McDonald's! I rarely frequent your outlets & am unlikely to do so again in a hurry if this is the standard of service.
The whole management needs a glow up. Unapproachable workers. They take hours for uber eats food to be ready. Honestly this place is so unhygienic and needs a major glow up. Many health and safety concerns
A better McDonalds than some. Staff fairly on to it if drive thru is backed up, tables sometimes not cleared/cleaned regularly if eating in. Bathroom is usually maintained well - tidy & has soap / paper etc.Food: 4/5
Bought 1 grand big mac and 1 serious angus burger. As soon as i finished eating my burger around 20 minutes later i felt nausea, vomiting,cold sweat, and fatigue. Then i got diarrhoea, i lost plenty of fluids and felt like i was dying. Its been 2 days and i still got diarrhoea, i never had a severe food poisoning before Must have been very unhygienic food and practice in the kitchen. At least the staff were friendly and quick service but the food is not recommended.
3 people were pulled over in close Proximity to the targeted fast food only place to buy food after hours and I die a little more each bite because people who work night shift aren't allowed healthy meal choice. bad enough depression lacking vitamin D let alone McDonald's the only food option available and then The police targeting its customers. you can't even add bacon to your burger after 10.30pm ‍‍
Drive through last night had a very looooooong wait for no apparent reason around 9.30pm. Staff were nice and food pretty normal for McDs it was just the crazy wait that means less stars.Food: 4/5
