Vast variety of burgers in their menu. Fast service even on a busy night. Delicious burgers but a bit dry for me. Buns are delicious as well, perfectly cooked. Kumara fries are good and sweet. Will definitely come back and order the other burgers.

Terrible quality burgers. So overpriced and to then not put in tomato in both kids burgers and miss bacon from another burger. I called was told to email, did that and was offered a remake but we are from our of town. A refund would have made up for the overpriced underwhelming food we got. Salad was minimal priced on par with the likes of burgerfuel and was worse than a fish and chip shop burger. Don't waste your money unless you like bland food with no filling. Picture of kids burger after they complained it was cold and had no tomato. And they reply says it all attitude is just to make money and who cares about if people are happy. Most places would offer a full refund on an item that you have failed to provide up to an acceptable standard. The burger in the photo is not acceptable and to save money by omitting tomato just because the price per Kg is high is a terrible way to run a business.

Burger is beyond dry dont even taste any good, the pattie itself is maybe 3/4 size of the bun. For such high reviews this place is a joke, dude before me rating it 5 stars even though they said burger was dry like come on mate learn to grade things aye, fries were great and so were the people working there hence the 3 stars.

I waited 40 minutes and then I expected to eat the best burger in my whole life. And I did. Highly recommended, but due to the size of the restaurant you should be prepared to wait in long lines. The flavor of the burger is something different to any other that I ever tasted before. If you are a burger fan you simply cannot miss the chance to eat in this place

Don't know if it was just my order or not but the beef paddy had a off smell. Thought it was just me and half way through I couldn't eat it anymore and had my mate smell it as well and confirmed it wasn't just me. Had the bin the burger halfway through cause of the smell. Not a pleasant experience to be honest, other times I've been here was good. Hope this is one off ......

Very disappointing, and you have to wonder how the owners allow this standard of food to go out to customers in a very competitive burger market. The Burger Buns were we had were clearly 3/4 days old, the buns completely crumbled the way only old bread does, there is no way they were fresh. The lettuce looked brownish and all of our burgers were well below standard. If your standards don't improve, you won't get repeat business. We won't be coming back anytime soon. Sorry, you have to do better than this.

Busy on Uber cause of the special burger. The menu doesn’t have much variety tbh. Yes there are many burgers but it’s more or less the same with one Ingredient variation... burger tastes good and nice curly fries, I think burger lovers would like this place though.

After a long day I really fancied a burger, I got the beef and cheese. I am sorry to say this is an average burger at best, too much bun not enough protein, flavor simply wasn’t there. Gourmet is definitely a stretch in regards to my experience. Never again.

We visited the Burger Joint on a Sunday night and the line was out the door but well worth the wait! It's been a few years since I've been back to the Burger Joint, and I'm happy to report that I wasn't disappointed.The hamburgers and cheeseburgers were excellent and we especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries! Although the seating is minimal meaning you generally have to visit at less convenient times, Flaming onion will always be a favourite. Consistently good quality burger and fries every time and the kids loved the unusual decor and street fighter . One of those places you hope they will never change and I will certainly be back
