Buffer 50/person, horse riding 100/h. Chinese boss is good at cooking.
Absolutely disgusting. We order a burger meal and my husband asked for no mayo on my burger as I am allergic. The burger was a sad squashed affair with mayo. I took it up and explained the situation and asked for another burger with ketchup instead. What I got was meat cheese and no sauce - it was squashed and inedible. If I thought I would get something better I would have gone up again - instead we threw the meal in the bin and left. Worst takeaway hands down ever! Burger King used to do a pretty good burger - shame!! I would have put no stars but had to click one so I could post this. Dietary restrictions: I am on chemo and so I could not have mayo.
The front counter and the kitchen were both unclean and filthy. No quality control and I wouldn't be surprised if you get sick from eating from this restaurant. Burger King you should be ashamed.
Delivery was missing some items and drink spilt in delivery bag on route making everything soggy....Yum....not.
This place is severely understaffed. Last time I went a few months ago my chips were cold, not a big deal, this time I ordered for me and my son, 2 cheeseburger combos, I drove off missing one burger and missing 1 medium fries, I came back and asked for the rest of my stuff they apologized and gave me my food I paid for, my burger had a hair in it and i believe this was on purpose.
customer service was terrible i couldn't hear a single word the small guy was saying and to make it even worse my burger smelt like a smelly nugget but not the good kind , 3 ply napkins though gives it a 5 star
Layout for the place is really weird. They have a drive through thats not part of the food court. The food court itself is pretty old. But the staff at BK there are super nice. I was speaking to the manager think his name was Matt super nice. Great costumer service
Drive thru is bad,slow service and alot more training needed. The eat in wasn't soo bad,but there is definitely a staffing issue,as I feel there is not enough adequate staff.my burger was cold,but the fries were fresh and they offered ketchup. I've been to better BK's, low 6 out of 10
Ordered Crispy chicken burger and rebel chook tenders via uber eats today.The quality was poor the patty was rubbery and the tenders were dry and cold. Waste of money. Cannot expect from such big fast food chains.
Busy with uber orders and drive thu which made staff very slow to serve at counter. Also hard to know where to order from, no cue or obvious checkout open which was making it difficult for customers on top of a long wait time for food. Definitely needed more staff working. Food same as always. Chips were hot which was a nice surprise
