I am sorry to say this but on Monday 24/10/2022 I placed an order online for 2 pizzas after I came back from work. it was nearly 10.00 pm, and recieved the confirmation e mail from dominos and i was eagerly waiting for the pickup notification as i was so starving. unfortunately i got a call from the store and he told me he can't do this order because of the oven stop working. when I heard this I was so disappointed because the reponse was not feel genuine, it's ok for me if he says we are close instead of this fake story. I am also a chef and Thank you dominos letting me sleep hungry on a labour day.
I bought few food from domino’s beach haven. And I should say the food was terrible specially the pepperoni puff roll was not cooked inside the pastry and the cheese and the meat was cold inside Very unsafe.
Ordered 2 pizzas + 2 sides around 6pm or just before. App says it'll be here by 6:14 or 6:24. Currently 6:44 and nothing. Still says order is ready in store. I've called the store 3 times and nobody answers even after letting it ring for a couple minutes. Edit: So we got our food, took an hour after we ordered it for it to arrive, got everything correct which hasn't happened in a while for this store. Can say this is the best Domino's I've had from here in a long time even though it took an hour to arrive 5 min drive max
Both pizzas and toppings burnt. Tastes bitter, burnt & fowl. Half of the second pizza was less burnt but that was the side without any toppings on it. Literally the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I guess the base was crispy, a little too crispy.
Worst domino’s on the shore. Never answer the phone. When you go into the store you’ll find theyre just chatting away to each other. Nobody there cares at all. Not to mention they got my order completely wrong and the pizza was bad quality.
Pizza was ok, delivery was on time although the App said delivered and driver was still looking for house. Churros were burnt which kinda spoilt the whole dinner.Food: 3/5
Driver forgot our 1.5litre coke with our already paid for order. He said he would be back, but instead he went back to the store as they were closing and never dropped it off!. You guys owe me a 1.5 litre coke delivered. Not to mention the rude service. Horrible staff work here
Waiting to pick up my pizza and they seem to busy talking than to do their job and serve the counter, wait 5 minutes before they finally served me with rude and rushed attitude, also before we ordered a delivery only to wait 2 hours and having to call and they had not even started making it, one of the worst dominos on the north shore with service and really wonder what the management think or even care about their store.. appauling service. Also I'll be following this up with head office as reading other reviews they literally don't care about this store
Paid $13 for a beef pizza that has 5 pieces of beef on it then get told by staff that that’s all the beef they can put on it when I’ve bought this pizza multiple times in the past from other stores and it’s been covered in beef.
